I come here frequently, and I have been thinking about leaving a review many times. It’s a constant battle that I am having, so here we go. The food is fine. Some staff is better than others. Never had an issue with most staff there. The issue is how they are handling the food. They are wearing gloves yes, but they are touching door knobs, cash register, cell phones, etc. when they are handling my food (especially when touching my food directly such as preparing the wrap) they should not be cross contaminating. This is the number one priority in food safety. They need to be better trained on food safety and infection control guidelines. Especially if I am right there and seeing it. When ordering ahead, my food is never ready at the time indicated. This aligns with all the other reviews I have seen here. This could be a management issue by not having sufficient staff there. I may give it another try but this has to change.

I'm so tired of eating bad fried food. This is a healthy option with a decent portion. But most importantly, the service is always good when I come into this location. I'm very big on service. It keeps me coming back .Somehow I always get the same two workers. Their names are z and June. They crush every other fast casual restaurant at service. Especially the worker named z. She is always beyond nice and will stop whatever she's doing to get me a knife or a water cup or something or provide me with some information. These little things make me want to spend my money here

Had the Hot Honey Harvest and its incredible! I was craving it and realized the store closed at nine pm. Walked in five minutes to close and was greeted by two employees who were so pleasant despite closing in five minutes. Dylan made my salad and was great. Thanks so much!

Placed an online order to be picked up at 7:03pm. Went inside & it wasn’t ready which is fine, I always expect to be waiting a couple minutes anyway. But our ordered wasn’t even started until one of the ladies working said we have to go let them know we’re here for a pick up order. So we didn’t get our good until 7:18pm. So what is the point of placing an online order when the food isn’t going to be prepared until we have to say something?

Zephyr and June were incredibly nice and helpful for my first time at just salad. They took their time in explaining the menu to me while also multitasking which is very impressive, i will definitely be coming back often.
