First they mess up my drink infront of me and lie about it then I get home after dealing with that to see that I’m missing my biscuits with my orders…. This why I eat here once a year but I’ll just make the drive down to Popeyes from now on!

I came in for order #16. Unfortunately, the mashed potato bowl only had about 4–5 small pieces of chicken and was cold and mushy. Additionally, the woman at the drive-thru window was quite rude and came across as very pushy. Just wanted to bring this to your attention.

TOO MANY BAD EXPERIENCES AND RUDE HISPANIC MANAGER is rude and conducting food health code violations(taking food back from counter and putting in warmer). Window employees are pleasant, black female manager is nice but today, this store lost our business due to the rude Hispanic manager with ridiculous black eyeliner. After waiting for 28 minutes for my food, I returned home to find the entire order incorrect with items including which I have an allergy. I drove back to the store and was met with the rude manager that asked why I wanted a refund, if she allegedly remade my food. I asked for a receipt for the refund and she refused and said she had to keep it. I asked to take a photograph as I don’t have any documentation as I was never provided with a receipt. If you want KFC and your order WRONG, go to this store.
