Took 10 minutes for a person to come to counter to take order. Had to cancel after food still had not come after 30 minutes. This is for the KFC.

As you as you walk inside you feel the horrible atmosphere and when you try to order the workers are extremely rude I literally, I order a box and she rudely asked if I can changed it because the chicken wasn't ready and it was going to take long and when I asked how long she said 20 minutes , I could of honestly waited but her attitude was horrible and mean so I walked right out saying no thank you and have a blessed day💔

FFC experience I was craving some chicken and convinced my wife to go to KFC for lunch. Things got off on the wrong foot when I tried to order a deal that was only for late evening. I ordered original style drum and thigh. My wife ordered a pot pie. Then we heard that they were out of chicken. We waited a long time for more chicken to be cooked. If I was by myself I would have walked out. I should have brought a cot. On a positive note, they have cherry Pepsi. I drank a cupful whilst waiting. When the order came, my chicken was good, but not what I remember from past visits. The really good part was that my wife raved about her pot pie. She said it was the best fast (we know it wasn't fast this time) food she has had in a long time. You could not have received a better compliment.

I use to have to wait a while for my food but today with the order I made I didn't have to wait! I really had an great experience in the drive thru today with Ms Tisha Dyeran well respectful manager that was on duty today thanks for the Great experience today

One more bad review is not going to make a difference but since I was just turned away because they advertised a promotion but can honored cause they can “ring it up” is just poor management. There is always an away to satisfy a customer Manager. I don’t think this place knows what they are doing. Sorry that the staff is not properly trained.
The drive thru service is horrendous. I simply wanted a 4piece meal. No one spoke to be thru the speaker for a solid 9minutes. I felt bad for the car behind me so I just kindly gestured the “ idk” body language when putting my window down. She suggested maybe the speaker wasn’t working and to move forward to the window. My left arm was burning hot from sitting in the car and the sun beaming directly on it and the left side of my face was also sun burning as I was waiting for so long, so at that point, I was very uncomfortable and decided to go ahead and move forward to the window. I was appalled to be told at the window that my order could not be taken. The lady insisted she could not take my order and at one point she asked me “what she was supposed to do” and “how she could take my order”. At this point, I asked to speak to a manager and then when the so-called manager came to the window, she told me she couldn’t really take the order there. However, I explain to her that I was waiting in line and I had to get going, and I needed some food and miraculously she took my order . This “manager” had a very rude disposition & tone. I finally got my order then after leaving as I opened my meal box it was NOT my order. Life is short so I chose not to turn around as I had pre commitments;after all a drive thru is supposed to be convenient. Sadly it was so inconvenient I wanted to share the ill willed service exchange in efforts to thwart anyone else having to go through this very unpleasant and lack of professional experience.

I gave them a second chance. First time was missing a sandwich and the fries were cold. Today, tenders were cold and rubbery. Fries cold. Sauce wrong.
One star for getting the drinks right and plenty of napkins. 😑
