This staff so crusty, I can’t, they all got a bad attitudes, food mid and i know it’s a KFC but girl be fr make it hot. Drive thru girl rolling her eyes, manager plopping the food down and running away like okay yall don’t make your problems mine just put the fries in the bag and be normal and nice. You don’t even have to be overly kind but dude no manners at all just weird and miserable. We literally asked if we could have three orders at the drive thru, girl in the window said nothing so ok we started ordering and then we get to the third order and she’s like “only 2 per car” well you could’ve just spoke up and said that instead of being weird and shy and ignoring us and then getting mad at us after. And then ask for sauce and you roll your eyes, girl be fr lol. Tryna make your job easier but you insist on making it hard so there you go, have the day you deserve.

This place is constantly running out of chicken. Half the time I come here, they have just dropped chicken and it is going to be a 30 minute wait.

I ordered online last night at10:15 for a 3 piece meal and got a ready time for 10:30. No problem. I show up and they tell me I have to wait for 30 minutes because they just put the chicken in the fryer. What can I do but wait. I get the food at 11:00. It was good but the sauce tastes burnt. I give up on KFC. They have gone down like Burger King.

if the drive thru pos dont work, let the customers know asap so they can drive through and check other options or to walk inside (with a store credit, for the negative experience) dont troubleshoot the pos at their expense! is customer service gone, just as with call centers? management needs management training.

Not gonna lie food is good but after ordering and then waiting for my food I looked up and I became instantly concerned about the safety of 1st standing in the building with all that mold and consuming the food that stays in this environment, and then it began to make me think about the employees that are forced to stand in these conditions and get paid low wages and expose to this environment the company should really think about someone other than themselves and think about their employees and their customers safety.

I have visited this location a handful of times over the past few years and always had a good experience.
Today, service was fine and the food was tasty. Halfway through eating is where the story took a turn. I want to preface this review by saying this does not reflect on everyone working. The gentleman who rang us up was very attentive to the guests as well as restocking.
First, 2 employees were at the entrance smoking as guests were walking in. As the employees entered the dining room the smell of the cigarettes followed. Neither washed their hands and immediately went back behind the counter. No one is stopping you from smoking but at least be considerate enough to step away from the main entrance.
Second, an employee emptied the garbage in the dining room, placing the over full bags on the floor. Happens, not an issue. The issue is that both bags were leaking and left a pretty significant, foul smelling puddle on the floor. Which sat...and sat...and sat. At about the 10 minute mark another employee entered the restaurant, I assume coming in for their shift, saw the puddle and grabbed a wet floor sign to place next to it only to immediately walk through the puddle tracking the liquid across the dining room. At least he acknowledged the puddle and potential slipping hazard but why walk through it?? We finished eating and left after about 20 minutes of the puddle sitting there and STILL no one had attempted to clean it.
Finally, after paying more attention to what I can only describe as a lack of care, I started looking around the dining room and noticed many of the ceiling tiles were very badly water stained and not fresh stains. Some stains were turning black, others were a dark brown. Regardless, the ceiling is in very poor condition. If this is the kind of care that goes into the front of house, what does the back of house and food handling look like?
I have been in hospitality/retail/restaurant management for almost 20 years. Watching multiple patrons walk in, look around and leave loudly expressing their disgust towards the state of the dining room is embarrassing. Obviously, I can't speak to the realities of the business or what hurdles there may be. My perception was that there is a serious lack of caring/attention going into this particular store. Having visited this location many times in the past I can definitively say I will not be returning.

As you as you walk inside you feel the horrible atmosphere and when you try to order the workers are extremely rude I literally, I order a box and she rudely asked if I can changed it because the chicken wasn't ready and it was going to take long and when I asked how long she said 20 minutes , I could of honestly waited but her attitude was horrible and mean so I walked right out saying no thank you and have a blessed day💔
