This place has consistently been one of the worst fast food experiences that I have had. I am beyond annoyed with myself for consistently going here, primarily because it’s 1.5 miles from my home. Without fail, 80% of the time something is missing or is incorrect from my order. And the service is just awful. I just left after entering the drive-through and having the person say that they’re only taking orders from the inside, when I asked why, the reply was “ do you want to work?” If you want to close the drive-through, fine, put up a cone so people don’t get stuck waiting there. But based on what I’ve seen there in the past, I would not be surprised if they do this intentionally from time to time knowing that people won’t actually go inside just so that there’s less work. From now on, I will drive the extra 6 miles to go to the other Taco Bell, or just give u on Taco Bell altogether, after three years of this nonsense, enough is enough!!FYI: Complaints should be filed with KFC, NOT Taco Bell - 800-CALL-KFC

I’ve been coming to this KFC/Taco Bell for years, weekly, and I find the staff be just incredible. They have gone above and beyond my expectations, and I’m glad to know these folks well. They know me, know my order, and treat me very kindly. I’ve never been treated better by a business, and I’m so grateful.

I made an order scheduled to pick up and half an hour later when I arrived at the store, at the scheduled time, my order wasn’t ready and they told me it was gonna take 20 minutes. What’s the point of ordering online if customers need to wait???

I ordered 12 pieces of family meal when I got home, there're only 7 pieces of chickens. I called the restaurant, and they said the only way they can fix it is that I have to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant to get the 5 pieces that were missing from the order. They don't do partial refund and they don't have delivery. And I waited over 20 minutes to get my order.

I should have checked the Google reviews before going there AND should have gotten a hint when no customers were in the drive thru line nor inside....Young man at drive thru has no manners. He needs to be in non-guest /customer facing role, in a warehouse perhaps! The chicken was horrible hard fried and dry and here's the kick the frigging soda was watered down and tasteless. Literally tasteless!!! KFC you won't see me again that's for sure.

Ordered a bucket + online and says pick up at 3pm, got there on time and still we waited for 41 minutes. Got home and found out biscuits are missing. Chicken was not even close to KFC quality, chicken tasted like it was fried in old cooking oil. Staff was great though.

9/28/23 this was my third time visiting this location and they were sold out of chicken. I am confused as to why kfc was sold out of chicken. What a disappointment.

I don't know who owns this location.. but listen up... there is no quality control here. It's insane how orders are consistently missing things. My fries looked half-eaten, and maybe 10 fries in the container. This was an online order. If I didn't ask, I would have been given the drink. There was no name on the order so I guessed which one was mine. Also, refusing to give the online order to someone in the drive through when it's sitting there ready 2 feet from the cashier, it's a complete lack of respect for the customer. I was yelled through the drive through to get out and come inside to pick it up. Whoever is the franchise owner, YOUR LOCATION SUCKS.
