I was really surprised when I walked into a 7-Eleven and seen this place I was actually kind of excited Ambien that I was hungry I decided to get the two for $5.99 steak deal the steak was overcooked but I could deal with that what I couldn't deal with with the employees attitude when I asked him if I should add cheese he said don't ask me I work here I'd never eat here I almost walked out

We absolutely love everything they offer. The barbacoa tacos, especially, are amazing! One note: the Carne Guisada tacos are really good, but very messy.

Attention Management: Quality Control is a necessity. The food has potential to be good. Either the rice is so overcooked that it does not maintain its form and becomes more like mush or the rice is undercooked and extra crunchy (this is the case today and the reason I am finally writing a review despite many other disappointing meals. I usually give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt and just take the loss; however today the rice is so crunchy I can't even eat it.) The beans are dried out and plastered the bottom of the pans.. The meat is almost 100% of the time overcooked or just been sitting and not stirred so it is dried out. Just disappointed for the price that this food costs, I expect consistency at a minimum but there is NONE. So mad i took my lunch break to go over there and spend my money on something I can not and will not eat AGAIN.

Ordered take out. The 2 taco plate was supposed to come with beans and rice but they were not in the bag. Just 2 tacos yet they charged me for the plate. They were out of the seasoned ground beef, sour cream AND guacamole like WTF this is a taco place and they don’t have basic items! The carne asada meat on the Laredo bowl was so hard and dried up it wasn’t even edible. What a waste of money this place is horrible!!!

My experience is with ladero tacos. Food has flavor but employees that make the food suck!!! They leave the meat way over the time it should as they serve it the meat is hard and way over time limit.. I don't recommend this at all. Had they employed the right folks the concept would of been out of thos world!!! 7 Eleven. Get the right folks for the job!!!

DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN INVERNESS FL! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate needs to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I placed an order this morning to be delivered via door dash at 430 pm.... the people at the restaurant made the order immediately and told the dasher they could not remake it when she arrived to pick up my food.
The Manager was very rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. It was not my fault the people at the restaurant made the order when it was placed and didn't read the fact it was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon.

Love the food and never had a problem until now. Spent five minutes trying to order a taco plate from the Spanish guy with tattoos on his face. I asked for the taco plate, which consists of two tacos and two sides. He insisted that all of the meat goes on top of the tortillas, I corrected him and said no I want the two taco plate. He still said I was wrong. Then I insisted on two tacos, so this is what I got. I was charged for something other than the taco place that cost under $10. I once again pointed to the menu and told him it says two tacos and two sides. He said the rice and beans go in the taco. I gave up and paid. I told him also that I've been there for lunch many times and they actually were the ones who told me about the taco plate. He said I was wrong. The receipt doesn't even compare to what I got!!!
