Customer service is absolute crap at this location Jessi M. Acted so bothered that I came in and interrupted her conversation with her coworker about there hours . Straight attitude the hole time , even when I asked for my receipt she could even hand it to me . She folded it and put it under the box . This is the third time I deal with this girl and she has an attitude all the time , something needs to be done at this location . Horrible experience.

Worst customer service ever, the girl put the pizza on the counter turned around and walked away, no hello, no thank you, no have a nice day, I will never go there again and I will let everyone know what service you provide for the public, I was there on Sunday August 31th at 5:30 pm.

Ordered crazy bread and sauce tonight for delivery. Requested extra parmesan on the breadsticks and lightly cooked. When I received the breadsticks the had no parmesan and the sauce was extra thin.
I’ve attempted to call a few times and the restaurant keeps disconnecting the call.
Very disappointed.

I hope the next time I order here the person cutting the pizza is having a better day. I order here a lot so not cool to have a butchered pizza. I know this is a trend online to piss people off.

Placed an order went to pick it up was told over the phone it was 10.75 when I get there they tell me it’s 16+ and then told me the call center they use screwed it up the why the hell use a call center and not have people at the stores actually answer the phone

I walked in at 7(ish) tonight to order a pizza. The employees seemed way overwhelmed or something.

Me: How much for basic cheese pizza?

Employee: $6.50 (wrong price, charged me 6.99, but whatever)

Me: Sure, I'll take 1 to go.... how much for garlic sauce?

Employee 2: (Can't remember exact amount) it will be about 7 minutes.

Me: Wow, almost twice the price, ha ha. (The extra $.50 added to my surprise price increase)

Employee: (kinda under his breath) I'm not sick of hearing that.

Me: It's all cool.

Employee: I don't set the price.

Me: Are you sure you don't. Is your name Mr Cesar? ( lame joke, also he did not have a name tag on, so Little Cesar looked like a name.)

He gave me a look like I called him a slur. He stammered out a reply.

Employee: I don't... why would?... my shift is too long for this, I don't have to make you a pizza!!!

Me: Sorry man, just joking. I'm just joshing you. I know you don't set the price

Employee: Card. (He points at the machine.

I just stood in the corner for 7 minutes on my phone. I see he cuts the pizza and folds the box. I can see through the tracks he gesturing towards me with loud words. I'm too far to get details.

Seconds later, a different employee comes out holding pizza. Stone faced. Pissed off.

Employee 2. Here's your pizza.

I grab it, ask for my sauce. He waves his hand to the stack behind the register. I have to reach over and grab it.

I tipped a buck on a take out order and left, hoping my pizza wasn't spit on.

The manager is a liar, disrespectful, and racist. "Alfonso," as he called himself, was yelling at me when I was making a complaint at the store. Even though I understood that neither he nor any of the employees were to blame for the delivery problem, the offensive way the manager asked me, "Do you know what the Super Bowl is?" made it seem like it was because of the rush and stress of the event, making the comment completely unnecessary.

Placed a pickup order on the mobile app and when I arrived to pick up my order it wasn’t there. The employee said they didn’t receive my order and after confirming the phone number and address was able to pull it up. At that point he accused me of picking up the order already and trying to get them to remake it and steal food. As I did not share my code with anyone this was not possible. He continued to make aggressive comments about “I hope you enjoy your stolen food” and “must be a nice 2 for 1 special”. He even said he should call the cops on me. At which point I wanted them to as he was being so aggressive I wanted to as well. He eventually remade my order and I was able to leave. I called the corporate office but this is absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Writing to describe my experience with the employee on the left. At 3pm on 1/27 I arrived to get my online pickup order. He insisted they never received the order, so he had me verify the number and address. It was correct, he moved on to assume someone else picked it up already. Not a possibility. I didn’t share my code with anyone. Then he assumed I stole the first order and was there to force them to remake it. He had me wait 30 min for the remake, throwing in comments about how I was getting a 2 for 1 deal and how I should enjoy my stolen food. He threatened to call the police and I urged him to do so because at this point he was harassing me for picking up my order. I’ve never experienced someone so unapologetically unprofessional. No one would give me his name so I’m putting him on the internet instead. Corporate has been called.
