These reviewers need to get over themselves. The food and drinks are decent with high prices and built in gratuity. We got the Longboard burger, Asian salad, kids hot dogs and some drink buckets and everyone liked the food.
The food was passable and service was good. Take the reviews with a grain of salt and accept you will get an ok/decent lunch with resort prices.
I love coming here especially when Ricky is working he is very attentive and quick with my order, fantastic service for a fantastic afternoon at the pool
The lettuce and tomato were fresh .. expensive burger overcooked…if you order be sure to dine in … if not .. there is a place to sit under the sun … it is traumatic to eat at 99 F… without shade …even though the place was empty
For the high price tag everything costs, it should be a lot better.
Over priced garage.
Closed at 6:30? I don't think so. They close whenever they feel like it. So we never got to order anything.
We thought we would have a quiet Tuesday afternoon around the pool. Some food, some drinks. They were closed when we got there at 3pm.
I understand it wasn't a busy day, but what about the resort guests who are there? Do we not count?

I ordered yesterday at around 2:30 pm, I wait so long, no food. It's around 3:30pm and I start getting inpatient and I ask the worker Clarice why it's taking so long, they say to wait with hella attitude. 1

One server running the dine in experience was certainly not enough. Take out orders seemed to be moving quickly.Nachos (slop of American “queso”) were terrible; burger was alright, however the exceptionally long wait combined with high prices and an underserved auto-gratuity of 18% means that we will happily never come back.

Cianna was a wonderful bartender. To be honest, this was a highly equipped bar for a vacation destination. They were out of cocoa butters and the bartender quickly recommended a replacement and an additional suggestion. We appreciate the tequila and bourbon variety!
Shaunte was my server at the Waterpark and she was awesome. Extremely polite and helpful. I would give her a 10 if I could. One of the best servers I had. She went out of her way to explain the menu and give helpful suggestions. Way to go Shaunte!
Very nice clean place with lovely pools and water slides. The site has a shop with main essentials. Larger supermarket around 2 miles away. Very good restaurant on site and good bar. Good free bus service to all the Disney parks. Would certainly recommend and would go back again. Advice and to beware of: Nearest airport is MCO (Orlando International) MLB (Orlando Melbourne International airport) is 65 miles away with no transport to Resort apart from an expensive taxi service or Hire Car.
Pros: Rooms are apartment style and very comfortable. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living room are spacious. The kitchen contains the essentials and was a major plus - was able to stock up on foods for meals and snacks. The water park was perfect for my son (4 yo). He thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms also came with pool towels so no need to pack your own. The room also had a washer and dryer. Cons: The restaurants on site were extremely expensive (we took full advantage of having a kitchen in the room). The rooms per night I didn’t think were overly priced but once you add the daily resort fee and parking fee, I thought it was priced a little too high. It made it feel like there were hidden fees instead of just including it in the price per night. The cabana rentals in the water park were extremely expensive (more than the room per night). There were tons of umbrellas throughout and we got there early enough to sit under those (which are free). In the end, I’d stay here again especially if we’re planning on hanging in the hotel and especially while my kids are still young. Once the kids gets older, this water park may not be as fun for them.
My 8-year-old son wanted to fish. This was our 2nd year at The Grove and we didn't find the time during our first visit. This year we did. We were lucky enough to go when Steve was there. He was kind, helpful, and generous with his time. He was so knowledgeable about the resort, the surrounding area, and certainly about fishing. My son caught a sunfish. Steve showed him exactly what to do after reeling it in. It really made his day. My wife and I genuinely enjoyed our conversations with Steve and look forward to seeing him again during next year's visit.
