Visited on December 21, 2025 at about 1:00 pm. Restaurant was understaffed; waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Waitress was nice but didn't refill drinks. Food was not great; burger was extremely greasy, Caesar salad was drowned in dressing. Tables were not bussed; just overall not a pleasant dining experience this time.

We went to LongHorn Steakhouse for dinner today and had an amazing experience! For appetizers, we ordered the Wild West Shrimp and the Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip both were delicious. For the main course, we had the Renegade Sirloin with rice and salad, and everything was absolutely perfect: full of flavor and cooked just right. The service was wonderful, and we truly loved the whole experience. We will definitely be coming back! ✨🥩🍤

Had a party of 36 people have lunch here and our servers Sherri and Maddie were genuinely so kind and patient. Several of the party members were older/hard of hearing as well as children who were undecided and picky eaters. They handled us all with smiles and kind words the entire time. The food orders were very accurate as well.

I would just love to open with the fact that my very amazing, very handsome server Jackson was an absolute treat to be around. He brought such a vibe to the location that just can’t casually be achieved through many sit down experiences. I enjoyed every second of his company, especially when we talked about how incredible the food was. I had to ask about how many ounces the 9oz. Garlic Lemon Chicken was, and he answered very well. I would absolutely recommend to my fellow people and would dine here again without many questions. Thanks, Jackson!

Perhaps the most important aspect of this Longhorn restaurant, is the location. Located next to the Advent Health hospital and the Winter Park Shopping center, at Storybrook exit. Good size steak. I had a T Bone steak and it was delicious 😋. Their Strawberry Cheesecake is incredible.
I live 4 minutes from this location. I love to order food for pickup on those lazy days when I don't feel like cooking. I love the food 7 times out of 10. The problem here is consistency. Most of the time the food is cooked to perfection. Everything is fresh, hot and delicious. Then, the next time, possibly the next two or three times the the food is under cooked, cold, and flavorless. The manager has been very receptive to my issues and willing to make it right. Which is why I'm a loyal return customer. Please work on being more consistent with food preparation to ensure the customers are getting consistent good quality food. I don't like playing Russian roulette with my food.

It's fine. It was Long Horn. Better than Outback but I prefer the atmosphere of Texas Roadhouse. Went with the family. Minimal complaints with the food. Only quirk was we called and asked if they could accommodate 14 people. They said yes but can't take reservations so we came in and they said they could only seat 12 together so we separated some of into a booth but weren't excited about that neglected point.
