I went here to get a meal for dinner and I had my birthday coupon because I'm a member as well as military discount and typically they will make a way to honor both. On this particular night the manager by the name of Andy Hosseinzadch was not accommodating. He chose not to honor the rewards and military and did not ask any other managers how to go about making sure that a rewards member was given the discount for longhorns. I asked for the corporate information he kept being around the bush to give it to me he kept giving me the managers information would not tell me who the district manager was and told me that he would take my information and pass it on to them. It has been 5 days now and to no avail have I received a call from anyone. The manager there name is Vasant Beharry and I haven't heard from that individual either. That was not a pleasant experience and not a recommendation for patronizing. My meat was burnt when I asked for to be medium there was no pink inside and the salad was stale

Where do I start? Each time I order a baked potato it looks and tastes like it was left over from the day before. The asparagus doesn't seem to be steamed properly, like it was dipped in hot water and placed in the container. The crunchy brussel sprouts were exactly that because they were undercooked also. The seasoned rice pilaf was not seasoned at all! It was super under cooked and cold, well my entire meal was cold but i did order it at 3:19pm and i didn't receive it until 4:13pm. I did not wait for them to bring it out at first, but after 50 mins of waiting in my car, i went inside and the lady running the to-go register displayed her nasty attitude with me because i was waiting for 50 mins and decided to ask about the food i already paid for, including a tip. Lastly they don't pay attention, don't care or don't understand english. Several times I have requested the rock grilled shrimp to be cooked well done and they never are. Half of the shrimp were still grey looking meaning they were under cooked. How longhorn is still open I have no clue. They need a health inspection.

Dinner started with a showstopping Dragon Fruit Margarita. The drink was as bright in flavor as it was in color. Then, we ordered the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms and seasoned steakhouse chicken wings for appetizers. These were filling and fun-to-share. Unfortunately, my Caesar salad was saturated with dressing, causing the lettuce to wilt. However, the main course, a Renegade sirloin and baked potato, exceeded my expectations for dinner on a busy Friday night. We also had the flavorful lamb chops. Although the salad left more to be desired, the appetizers and main courses turned what could have been a generic dinner at a chain restaurant into a delicious dinner at a family favorite spot.
Woman across from us changed baby diaper in the booth and put dirty diaper on the table. Service was unsatisfactory..cold and late. I have eaten there many times before and was satisfied but this time was disappointing.

One of the best Longhorns in the area. Always busy and the steaks are done with care and if you don't like something they will fix it for you. However recommend some floor and bathroom rooms renovations.

Overall it was a good experience at this location. Our sever, Faith, was excellent. She was very attentive and kind. The problem I had was that I ordered a parmesan crusted ribeye and when it came out it didn’t have the parmesan crust. Faith apologized, even though it wasn’t her fault, and made sure it would be corrected. Again, she was excellent. But by the time it was ready my girlfriend had already finished eating her food. It’s just a little disappointing when you don’t get to enjoy your food together. The manager came out later and also apologized for the mistake in the kitchen. The food was still good and I will be back to this location in the future because of the great staff they have. I hope to have Faith as our server again, she was just great!

Food was excellent and we've eaten at Longhorn other places that wasn't as tasty. The staff is on their toes, from the hostess to servers to clean up crew. And, there's was a manager present the whole time helping and greeting guests. Very good experience 👌
Came here last night with my boyfriend and it was okay. The host was a super sweet guy. Our server Xairah was okay. We came around 9 PM and asked for our drinks, mine with no lemon and she brought it with lemon. It was okay just a little mistake, then I asked for my mac n cheese with no bacon, and it came with bacon. It started getting annoying. After waiting for 30 minutes for our food, I couldn't eat because I had to wait more to receive the right food. I'd understand if the restaurant was packed, but we were one of the four parties there. It was overall disappointing, and server didn't seek to make our visit worth it. We were offered no extra bread or refills and was visited 1-2 times by her throughout our visit. Not a great first impression :/

Our waitress was amazing. The orders were correct. The food just sucked.... the steaks were overly chewy and hard to swallow, the Buffalo sauce tasted shrimpy , and the chicken tenders were dry just bad. The waitress was the only pleasant part of our meal.
