My family and I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Malek F at LongHorn, and I have to say he is exceptional! From the moment we sat down, Malek was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely listened to everything we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was perfect.
What stood out the most was how patient and caring he was, making sure every detail was right and making us feel welcome like we were family. His service was professional, friendly, and full of heart something you don’t find every day.
Malek is a true asset to LongHorn and absolutely deserves to be recognized for his dedication and outstanding service. Thank you, Malek, for making our family dinner such a wonderful memory!

Waiting at podium talking to host, phone rings and he turns around, answers and just starts talking to that customer completely ignoring us right in front of him. I looked at him and said really? He turned his back to us and we walked out. Crappy especially since we used to go 1-2 times a month.

Service is bad. I’ve been coming here since 2020 and used to be my best restaurant nearby. However lately for 2 times the manager skipped me in line. I asked once, twice they say you’re table is cleaning and put people in front of you. I lose my interest coming back for now. Will look for other Long Horns around.

I had the lemon garlic chicken. *Swoon* it was SO GOOD. We were a little disappointed because we thought they used to have the brown bread but we didn't get that. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Our waitress says: we really season our food, is that ok....Ma'am, when is that NOT ok. And she was right the onion petals were perfect, the chicken was juicy and flavorful, the steak was so yummy, and they didn't Skimp on the kid's cheese burger either. I definitely recommend this location in Winter Garden Village.
Excellent. Steak was lean & good taste Salad was great (7 Pepper), Hamburger was Excellent. Never a complaint there. Waitress was professional, friendly, and competent.

This is are favorite lunch and dinner restaurant!! Hands down delicious food every time!! This restaurant makes everything delicious!! The ribs, the ribeye steak, the salmon, the bread and butter, the Mac and cheese, asparagus, broccoli, mashed potatoes, and their beverages!! All absolutely incredible!!! The service here is amazing as well!!!

The hostess at the front the last few times will do everything to sit you in the bar area with children and not in a booth, there can be an empty booth 6ft from the table and when you want to use it they act as if your putting them out, last time she made us wait an extra 15 mins for a booth, even though there was at least ten free, great way to put customers off visiting this location, will travel further for texas roadhouse as this is never an issue there. Food was great though, just a shame the staff are so awkward with the seating.

Honestly, this may be the best LongHorn I’ve been to and I’ve been to several locations across 2 states. The food quality is always awesome and everything is fresh, from the steaks to salads and appetizers. This place usually gets loud too. The only item that would need improvement are the lemonades, which taste very sweet and artificial.
