Always good
Amazing Mac and cheese!!! And it was huge. I got three meals out of it
Dogs n maccy on the quick. Technically not macaroni pasta, more of a long gnocchi. Cheesy and good nevertheless!
The noodle needed to be cooked a little more and the cheese sauce wasn’t good. I would not recommend this place.
The customer service was excellent.
I visited on Thursday afternoon and the tall gentleman behind the counter was beyond courteous. He told me to come back in 7 minutes, so I sat nearby and was so wrapped up in scrolling he brought my items to me. 10/10 customer service.
Now the food - the cheese is very offensive and had a funny taste, almost worst than canned cheese if that’s a thing. No flavor whatsoever throughout. I did enjoy the crunchy topping but that’s about it. I ate a few fork fulls and then threw the rest away.
Please add some seasonings.
The service was excellent—staff was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. However, the mac and cheese was below average, lacking the flavor and creaminess I was expecting. For the price, I expected much higher-quality food. Unfortunately, it felt way too pricey for what I received.
The food is good just overpriced. However my real concern with this place is the rudeness of one of the chef’s (Travis?). My dad went to the stand located at the Crooked Can food court and asked the man what time they open (at the time, it was 11:28am). Instead of providing information, without saying a word, he rolled his eyes and pointed to the clock sign which was displayed as 11:30am. He then proceeded to walk away and ignore us. We therefore did not give this stand any of our business. I am pleased to know I am not the only one who feels this way from reading other reviews on Google. Hopefully the owner reads all these reviews and does what is good for the business because I feel this man is costing the company a lot of customers based on his inability to be a decent human being, which from what I remember, is one of the key qualifications that makes one fit to work a job in customer service.
So MUCH food packed into the serving! So good!
Mac'D Out is a must-visit spot in the Plant St. Market! Their mac and cheese dishes range from classic to creative, like Southwest Chicken, and are packed with cheesy goodness. Portions are huge—easily enough for two people to share. The flavors are rich, comforting, and absolutely satisfying. The eatery's location in the vibrant Plant St. Market means you can explore other great options nearby, making it a perfect food destination. If you're a mac and cheese lover, this place will not disappoint. Highly recommend!

I dont know what to say about this place. Let’s just start by the fact that today I learned food could have 3 temperatures in the same bite: cold, warm and hot. My partner ordered philly steak and broccoli and I ordered chorizo and caramelized onions. Mine was okay, the chorizo tasted good, but instead of giving me caramelized onions, they gave me raw onions, the cheese tastes like velveeta mac and cheese and the macaroni looked almost like rigatoni. 5/10 but definitely not worth 17$. My partner’s was really bad, the first bite was cold, warm and hot at the same time, the philly steak was not seasoned at all and just tasted like cardboard, the broccoli was okay, we just could taste the velveeta mac and cheese and the wannabe macaroni. My partner described it as “school lunch mac and cheese”. We paid 37$ for both portions and we couldnt finish either cuz it wasnt enjoyable. Also, the guy that helped us looked like he didnt wanted to be there and the stand was the only one that didnt have any sort of light so we literally had to turn on our flashlight to look at the menu. Will definitely not come back for such a mediocre food that goes for sit down restaurant prices.

The Mac n cheese is kinda overcooked and it’s basically some uncooked bread crumbs on top of watery velveeta sauce (some ppl like that tho) and it’s like 3 different tempts beneath the breadcrumbs, cold, warm, and hot lol I compare it to school lunch lac n cheese that I paid $15 for

They accidentally gave me a large instead of a kids size, didn't charge me any extra. Besides being cool dudes, the mac was delicious.
