I was really excited to try MAC’d OUT, but unfortunately it was a total let down. From the moment we stopped by, the lack of customer service - not even a greet was offered, discrepant pricing - prices posted are lowered from what we were charged, and the food itself left much to be desired - overcooked noodles with an artificial tasting cheese sauce. Overall, the experience fell flat, and I do not see myself returning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If you’re craving comfort food with a gourmet twist, Mac’d Out inside Plant Street Market is the place to be. Their mac & cheese is creamy, cheesy, and loaded with creative toppings like Buffalo Mac, Bacon Mac, and their famous caramelized pork belly mac — a must-try for mac lovers.

Portions are generous, service is quick, and it pairs perfectly with a cold beer from Crooked Can nearby. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Winter Garden, Mac’d Out is a top spot for satisfying, crave-worthy mac & cheese.

Did they change their cheeses??? I used to eat here ALL the time when I lived in WG. I stopped by today for the first time in a year or so and it was not good. It has no flavor. It tasted like they poured nacho cheese sauce on top of undercooked pasta. Parts of it were hot, others were cold. I’m literally only finishing it after heating it at home and because it was $15!. I was so sad because it used to be my favorite!

Dogs n maccy on the quick. Technically not macaroni pasta, more of a long gnocchi. Cheesy and good nevertheless!

The noodle needed to be cooked a little more and the cheese sauce wasn’t good. I would not recommend this place.
The customer service was excellent.

I visited on Thursday afternoon and the tall gentleman behind the counter was beyond courteous. He told me to come back in 7 minutes, so I sat nearby and was so wrapped up in scrolling he brought my items to me. 10/10 customer service.

Now the food - the cheese is very offensive and had a funny taste, almost worst than canned cheese if that’s a thing. No flavor whatsoever throughout. I did enjoy the crunchy topping but that’s about it. I ate a few fork fulls and then threw the rest away.

Please add some seasonings.

The service was excellent—staff was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. However, the mac and cheese was below average, lacking the flavor and creaminess I was expecting. For the price, I expected much higher-quality food. Unfortunately, it felt way too pricey for what I received.

The food is good just overpriced. However my real concern with this place is the rudeness of one of the chef’s (Travis?). My dad went to the stand located at the Crooked Can food court and asked the man what time they open (at the time, it was 11:28am). Instead of providing information, without saying a word, he rolled his eyes and pointed to the clock sign which was displayed as 11:30am. He then proceeded to walk away and ignore us. We therefore did not give this stand any of our business. I am pleased to know I am not the only one who feels this way from reading other reviews on Google. Hopefully the owner reads all these reviews and does what is good for the business because I feel this man is costing the company a lot of customers based on his inability to be a decent human being, which from what I remember, is one of the key qualifications that makes one fit to work a job in customer service.

Mac'D Out is a must-visit spot in the Plant St. Market! Their mac and cheese dishes range from classic to creative, like Southwest Chicken, and are packed with cheesy goodness. Portions are huge—easily enough for two people to share. The flavors are rich, comforting, and absolutely satisfying. The eatery's location in the vibrant Plant St. Market means you can explore other great options nearby, making it a perfect food destination. If you're a mac and cheese lover, this place will not disappoint. Highly recommend!
