Maple Street Biscuit Company

I have been here a few times, but apparently the previous owner retired and whomever owns/manages it now is not as attentive to food, service or ambiance. It was always a fun place, fast paced, lots of food and coffee choices. And the biscuits were big and fluffy. The first thing I noticed was that the menu was smaller, and wow, were the portions smaller - everything from the chicken to the biscuits, to no sides with the mains. The service was super slow, and as I looked in the kitchen, all the employees had baseball caps on, but also had long hair hanging over the grill, the biscuit board, the food line. The restaurant itself was not as neatly kept. I saw no one cleaning tables. The food was OK, just small portion - the photo f my sandwich had hot honey dripping down the chicken, there was barely any on mine. Lots of mistakes in people’s orders overheard but my order was right. Nope, I would not return. Maybe if I hadn‘t been here a year ago, I wouldn’t notice, but the portions of food, the tiny biscuit, the chaotic and slow service was such a difference that I would head elsewhere because there are plenty of other places to go.

Used to be one of our favorite places but today’s experience will probably stop us from ever returning to the Celebration FL location. Waited 40 minutes for our food and they forgot items and after waiting an additional 15 minutes asked if they knew when the rest would be ready the response was “I don’t know” . Quality of the food has dropped. Staff was rude and restaurant was dirtiest I’ve ever seen it. Very disappointed. And they got rid of the hash brown cake with the gravy which was one of their best items 😭

Second time here and there will be a third, I promise you that. The customer service is above and beyond, like nothing you’ve ever seen before, they are super friendly and treat you like you’re a guest in their home. They have a question of the day you answer it and the answer and table number is called out and that’s when you know your order is ready. They make it fun! Their cinnamon biscuits are out of this world. I’m from NJ so biscuits to me are not my thing until I had these and the Manager Mike is super cool, humble and awesome! You can tell he treats his employees with the utmost respect because every single employee was amazing, friendly, down to earth it was a wonderful start of our day!

I had a wonderful experience at Maple Biscuit Company! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. A special shoutout to Tia, our server, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made our visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend

Attended an event on 11/03/2024. The place was clean & beautiful. Tia was an exceptional host. The food was delicious & the employees were great. Highly recommend if your from FL or visiting.

Stopped in here for the first time after loving the Celebration store and I will definitely be coming back! The food was delicious and filling for a decent price, everything was seasoned perfectly, nothing was dry, and everything was the perfect temperature. Julie was fantastic! She made us feel very at home and welcome, she added a very homey aspect to our brunch that was very needed and appreciated after a difficult weekend. She even made fresh coffee for us and was really wonderful to talk to. We will be definitely coming back and making this a regular brunch date spot!

Our server Julie was incredible. We did breakfast and it was amazing. Try the fried green tomatoes and the cinnamon iced biscuit.

Great food, made fresh and quick! We had asked the woman what we do with our dirty plates she said you can dump them in the bins but she took them for us. The coffee is very good! I had the caramel apple latte hot and it was not overly sweet so in my opinion perfect!

This was my first time here and I had no idea what to order but Julie really took her time explaining the menu and recommending some great options. Julie really made the experience 10x better! She was so kind and vibrant, will definitely be coming back!

First time at this place and I will definitely be back! Food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Julie went through the menu with me since i hadn’t been before, and recommended me items she thought I may like. She was super friendly and kind, and the food came out so fast.

Food tasted excellent and was reasonably priced compared to other Restrauant’s that over charge for lesser quality food. One of the employees Julie’s bright and outgoing interaction made our visit even better! She brought our food over and gave our visit a little excitement.
