Went yesterday food was ok nothing to crazy. I got chicken and waffles and the chicken lasted and felt like it was sitting in a warmer waiting to get served to someone the waffles were good though. My kids got chicken and biscuit and chicken was the same wouldn’t eat it. I also ordered vanilla maple coffee and tasted like a burnt coffee and had no maple taste all vanilla tasting. The staff have no emotions are there for just a pay check it seems like. There was one lady that maybe we was the manager that was fast an efficient but not too friendly she seemed like she was busy though and trying to get everything done in the kitchen.

The food is fantastic but the staff is very sour faced and unpleasant. They need a good coaching on friendly service. Both cashiers came off as they didn’t enjoy their job and they definitely didn’t want to be there at all. Please use this review as a coaching opportunity for your staff. Thank you.

After a year of living in the area, I finally decided to check out this popular spot. I went for the Chicken and Waffles, paired with a steaming cup of coffee and some fresh-squeezed orange juice. I have to say, the meal ended up costing a bit more than I anticipated, especially since I heard that the OJ comes with free refills. At $6 a glass, I figured it was a great deal—after all, who doesn’t love fresh juice? So, I was all set to enjoy a few glasses and even take one home!
However, when I spoke with the greeter, I learned that I had misunderstood; the free refills only applied to certain beverages. I was really hoping to get the OJ refills as part of the deal. At $24 for breakfast, I can't help but think there are better ways I could spend my breakfast dollars!

My wife and I came in at 11:30am today. My wife just wanted grits. The young gentleman said we are out of grits. My wife was motioning me to follow her out of the door. Little Miss Madison said, “I can make you some?” We were both elated! Thank you Madison!

Looking for a breakfast in the area we chose this new location after driving around the area for a while. This location wife loved the Coffee and observed customers stopping by to purchase bags as they were leaving the area for a period of time . We also enjoyed all of the breakfast items that we have tried .

I ordered a breakfast bowl, potatoes were pre-made and cold. The spinach tasted like refrigerator. I am disappointed because I every time a new restaurant opens up , everything is and fresh and wait a few months and they start cutting corners.

Chips were soggy, forgot my sauces, not a lot of chicken and more breading
We went to Maple Street Biscuit Company in Winter Garden around noon, and honestly, it was not a good experience. The place was practically empty (only two other people there), yet it still took about five minutes for any employee to come over and take our order, they were standing about 10 feet away just chatting with one another.
Once we finally ordered, it took over 25 minutes for our food to come out. When it did, the biscuits were cold and hard as rocks (they could’ve been used as weapons), and the chicken was dry and crusty. Definitely not worth the wait.
To make things worse, toward the back of the restaurant there was a pile of dirty little kids’ shoes just lying on the floor near a back door. Super unappetizing and confusing, why are there dirty shoes on the floor in a restaurant?
Overall, the food was bad, the service was terrible, and the place just felt unclean. Almost all of the tables were dirty with trash/food left on them so we only had about 3 seats to pick from as no one had cleaned.
I wasn’t even going to leave a review, but then I noticed they’re paying Disney influencers to hype the place up online. This place has nothing to do with Disney, nor is it close to the Disney bubble that tourists are in, and it feels like they’re relying on that kind of marketing because us locals won’t go back after experiencing how bad it really is.

OMG eating here is a party in my mouth!!! The biscuits are light, fluffy and flavorful, the chicken is soooo juicy and flavorful- the Squawking Goat- bisquit, fried chicken, crispy goat cheese and pepper jelly- AWESOME- I could eat it every meal, every day!!
The coffee drinks are fabulous and fresh squeezed orange juice

Gravy that deserves its own award.
Birthday breakfast turned full-on emotional experience. The sausage gravy is thick, peppery, and kind of life-changing.
Flaky biscuits, good vibes, and food that made me question why I ever trusted anyone else with gravy. Top two gravy’s of my life!
