Today i order large vegetables pizza also I asked jalapeno and pineapple which is I paid extra but when I pick up my pizza came back home I don't see any pineapple I called several time no one picked up my phone it's really disappointed. Don't recommended this pizza place.

Ordered pizza from Marcos.com and it was delivered via door dash. Door dash took an hour and a half from “pickup” to deliver it. I did speak with someone at the store and they provided a solution (giving 3 stars for service) but will not be back unless DoorDash contract is ended. Food arrived cold and pizza looked like it had been on a roller coaster .

Changed my rating from 2 to 5. The app has improved and the last 3 pizzas I received were excellent. Update: Just got a Papa John’s pizza. The box and pizza felt light as a feather carrying it out. Same size/style/ingredient pizza from Marco’s was very noticeably heavier.

I ordered a pizza to be picked up at 6 o’clock. I placed the order at five, thinking ahead. When I got there, it was 6:05, and they had not even started my order. So, no remorse. They didn’t even greet me when I walked in. The order was going to take another 40 minutes. I decided to cancel it because this is ridiculous. This is not the first time something like this has happened.

I realize each store is owned by different individuals and while there could have been extenuating circumstances, I have a real difficult time understanding why the website would allow you to place an order if not a single person was in the store. Order placed, payment made, confirmation email received. Half hour goes by. 45 minutes and try to call. No answers. Payment shows on bank app. Drive to store…lights off and nobody there. I get it, people aren’t reliable, but there needs to be a feature that allows owner to shut down ordering. Hangry family is no fun. No more for us and Marcos. Thanks for at least already refunding my money
