Our food showed up as originally noted, but our chicken wings had fallen out of the bag during the delivery. Our delivery driver was very apologetic and said he would bring another set of wings to us. We were disappointed, but we understand things happen.Unfortunately, after over an hour went by and still no chicken wings, we decided to call to cancel the chicken wing order. The gentleman we spoke to on the phone was also very apologetic and said he would have to speak to the manager to get the refund submitted. The manager never got on the phone and was VERY unprofessional in the background before ultimately submitting the refund.We understand that being in the food service industry can be a tough job, but when you are 100% at fault for not meeting your customers' expectations, you should do whatever it takes to make it right. Sadly, that didn’t happen here, and we won’t be visiting this Marco’s location again, nor will we recommended it to other people as a result.

I loved eating there, the pizza ? tastes excellent, and the Puerto Rican guy serves the customers magnificently... I loved it and I will always eat there
Had my first pizza bowl ever, all meat at Marco’s. It was excellent. What a great way to cut back on the carbs. But I must admit, I had a slice of the pepperoni pizza we also ordered.All I can say is I’m glad I ate a lot of the pizza bowl or I probably would’ve had several more slices of the pepperoni pizza. Lots of leftovers, fortunately.When we go back to Pennsylvania, I will have to see if they deliver. JK.Also, everyone in the store was very cordial.LOOKING FORWARD to my next PIZZA BOWL.Dietary restrictions: Not a dietary restriction but I would think if the pizza bowl is low in carbsKid-friendliness: Great to see smiling faces when waiting on you.
