Then the man who took our order did a terrible job; I had to buy the items he didn't include in my order separately. The woman was friendly, but it was frustrating to be in that situation.

Ordered a large macchiato today was treated with an excellent drink they even added whip cream. Was greeted very friendly by Biancca who suggested the drink along with my meal and thanked me with a huge smile for rounding up my order. Bianca needs a raise or promotion, employee is an asset to the business, I don't remember ever been treated so well as a customer in a very long time. Will definitely come back.

I go to McDonald's more than I should when you're hungry and you order online you expect just to pull in and get it but you get there and they tell you their system is down they know this is going to happen so why do they not stop mobile ordering during that time???

Wanted fries with no salt, I was giving with salt, I asked a guy working there and he acted like I wanted free fries. He asked for the fries to be given back with attitude and started gossiping bad about me. The customer service sucks and it's so uncalled if I was kindly asking for something that was asked and payed.

Customer service is on par with the IRS. Team members were busy flirting and joking with each other over the radio. We heard raised voices in the kitchen area. We waited around 10 minutes in the drive-thru from start to finish, and there was only one vehicle ahead of us.
There is no playground at this McDonald’s location either. We are living in a state for retired people so many McDonald’s places do not have playgrounds

Terrible staff at drive through. Not professional at all. Ignore me completely. Then gave me attitude because he was in the bathroom and left his post unattended. Will never come back to this McDonalds ever in my life again and don’t recommend it to anyone. Unless you want to have a bad, slow and unprofessional experience. Be warned. Is This what McDonald’s have come to? I pulled in the drive thru and sat here for 8 mins me and 5 other cars , And no one took my order so I pulled off to come inside . As I come around I see a couple workers in a group huddle just talking standing around ONE male with blonde hair eating an ice cream cone , Like seriously !?! This is ridiculous! You have 6 cars , 3 cars in one lane and the other lane with the other 3 cars ! . Not even acknowledging neither one of us but standing around laughing and playing around ! This McDonald’s is a JOKEEE . Every time it’s SOMETHING .
