I went in the drive through after order two iteams (a chicken sandwich and frappe) and it took over 10 minutes to get my order. At the time of ordering I was the only one in line and there were 4-5 people in the building from what I could see. I also saw some people just standing around and not helping with the orders. As a semi usually guest I am disappointed tonight.

IM NOT LOVIN IT!!! I waited 30 mins in the car line when there were only 10 cars. I could go to Argentina, buy a cow, and bring it and cook it on the grill over here faster than they cooked the food. Unreal work and bad looks all around!!!

The food & service are downright terrible. I tried to be understanding that of course they are overwhelmed & short staffed. But it’s crazy and wild that they think it’s okay to provide trashy service. They are very slow, look unhappy & inconvenienced to work, and the food is clearly not fresh when the meat or fries are hard.
The fact that there’s so many complaints and the owner doesn’t care to see it is crazy. I’m not trying to be mean and I think they have opportunities to improve, it just sounds like they don’t want to.

Female employee cut me off at the drive-through speaker when I asked her a question at the window she called me an asshole and told me to leave. There was another worker there who refused to come to the window. She was so aggressive that I was afraid to go into the Restaurant.
Had my service dog inside on the floor. Another dog, a non service dog was in restaurant, and attacked my dog. My dog, to protect her life, jumped on the seat, to get away from the other dog. Other dog was growling and barking at my dog trying to get to her. Male manager, mid 40s comes running out, yelling at me to get my dog off the seat, telling me that I am not supposed to have a dog in here. I was trying to tell him that the other dog was attacking her, but he just kept yelling, "no dogs in here!" Meanwhile not saying anything to other dog owner, whose dog was not a service dog. My dog had appropriate service dog vest and knows not to bark. Everyone was staring at me. I was so embarrassed. Other patrons were feeling bad for me.

Foods okay but everytime I ask for a bag and cup holder or just in general when I come into the restaurant, the two girls give me attitude and nasty looks 😅 I don't think I've done anything to make them mad so not sure what the issue is
