I had my own points, tried to tell them my code they said it wasn’t working to refresh and I did and of course the code went away. Therefore they weren’t able to see my voucher. They are the ones who told me to refresh and it went away and they refused to give me my free sandwich. Poor customer service and Poor management. Need to find someone who can actually make the customers happy.

No employees serving at counter, self-serve kiosk barely worked and wouldnt print our receipt or accept our payment. Waited over 10 minutes for an employee to finally acknowledge me at the counter to complete the kiosk order. Then waited over 25 minutes for our food, store was minimally busy as it was 10:30pm on a Sunday. Fries were cold, burgers and nuggets were barely warm. Food wasnt prepared well at all. Overall fairly awful experience from a McDonalds.

This is quite possibly the worst designed and impersonal McDonalds I've been in. No one at the counter, only kiosks to order, kitchen walled off, you have to cross the Drive thru to just get in to the place.
The interior is trying to be hip, just comes off as industrial and stale. There's no drink machine to refill your drink, terrible decision when paying a ridiculous price for a soda.
McDonald's losing customers isn't much of a surprise, they keep trying to be something they're not... A cool and hip place for people to go. Just make it affordable, quality, and enjoyable and people will come.
The people were friendly, the food was fresh, and my order was correct.

I placed a mobile order for a coffee and selected counter pickup. I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes, but my order was still not ready. Despite multiple staff members seeing me standing there, no one offered assistance. Finally, I approached a woman who appeared to be the manager to ask about my coffee.
Instead of checking my order, she handed me a random iced coffee. When I told her I had ordered a hot coffee, she gave me a black coffee instead. I then explained that my order included creamer, to which she snapped, “THAT’S WHY I ASKED WHAT FLAVOR DID YOU ORDER!” Her tone made it seem like I was at fault for her not preparing the correct drink.
To make matters worse, after giving me attitude, she turned to her staff and started talking about me. The whole experience was unprofessional and unpleasant.

This place is no better because staff is rude, you have to beg for paper napkins. They over do ketchup way over. No paper towels in the bathroom and no seat covers terrible. Air dryer stink
