This is quite possibly the worst designed and impersonal McDonalds I've been in. No one at the counter, only kiosks to order, kitchen walled off, you have to cross the Drive thru to just get in to the place.
The interior is trying to be hip, just comes off as industrial and stale. There's no drink machine to refill your drink, terrible decision when paying a ridiculous price for a soda.
McDonald's losing customers isn't much of a surprise, they keep trying to be something they're not... A cool and hip place for people to go. Just make it affordable, quality, and enjoyable and people will come.
The people were friendly, the food was fresh, and my order was correct.

I placed a mobile order for a coffee and selected counter pickup. I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes, but my order was still not ready. Despite multiple staff members seeing me standing there, no one offered assistance. Finally, I approached a woman who appeared to be the manager to ask about my coffee.
Instead of checking my order, she handed me a random iced coffee. When I told her I had ordered a hot coffee, she gave me a black coffee instead. I then explained that my order included creamer, to which she snapped, âTHATâS WHY I ASKED WHAT FLAVOR DID YOU ORDER!â Her tone made it seem like I was at fault for her not preparing the correct drink.
To make matters worse, after giving me attitude, she turned to her staff and started talking about me. The whole experience was unprofessional and unpleasant.

This place is no better because staff is rude, you have to beg for paper napkins. They over do ketchup way over. No paper towels in the bathroom and no seat covers terrible. Air dryer stink
This place is garbage unbelievable. They would stick a place like this in an upscale area. The food is literally garbage. It donât even taste right and the service sucks. Do not go to McDonaldâs ever again. Trust me.

Of all the McDonald's i have been to in the last 40 years, this is hands down the worst. I don't know why I have gone back so many times. It's been trash since the day it opened, today was no exeption.
It took 20 minutes to recieve my order and during that period there were time where there were no cars in the drive through and maybe one or two in the parking lot. The old lady that brought my food to the curbside spot delivered a drink without a lid, which subsequently spilled all over my window, door, interior panel, and got between the my windor and door. Now when I roll up my window there is soda on the glass.
The food was cold (which I didn't find out until I got home). I have no idea how long my food sat inside, but the ice in my (remaining) drinks was almost completely melted when I received them. There was so much mac sause on the chicken big Macs that the were soggy and inedible. The fries were soggy and cold too.
The woman that brought the food smashed all of my food under her arm carrying it out to me. Even though she had a huge tray in her hands with nothing but drinks in the cup holders of the tray. She did not have any bother delivers on the tray before stopping at my car. So i don't see why the cold food wasn't on the tray to begin with. At least then my food would have only been cold and soggy instead of smashed too.
The lady then got upset at me when the drink spilled. Oh, did I mention it was because she couldn't hand my food to me. I had to lean out the car to retieve my dinner, but wait there more. The drink that spilled DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A LID ON IT!!! Who does that?
She walked off rambling something incoherent in Spanish, leaving me standing there covered in soda along with my car... it was fun. At that point I just left (unknowing the condition of my food yet). I wish going inside and saying somthing would have made a didifference, but having gone to this McDonald's since the day it opened I knew better. Nothing would have been taken care of.
We'll, now I will share this story with every single person I know in the area and I will drive however far I need to to not go there again. For 30-40 dollars for a family of three this is asinine.
This place is awful.
Pro tip: If it's not Sunday, there is a Chick-fil-A around the corner.
