This resturant got my order 100% correctly, the managemnt is amazing never had a problem when visiting becuase of the contact they bring to the customer, excellent customer service, will come back again

The worst McDonald's I have ever visited, we waited 28 minutes for 2 meals, the manager you should change him, he had a bad face and I asked him for the drinks and he didn't even look at my face but he listened to me, this was horrible, it's sad because This area is very good, I would never come again.

Extremely bad, this has been the worst McDonald’s I have ever went to. After waiting for over 15 minutes for my food and asking the staff for it several times I got it. It turned out I only got half of my order, told a staff member he said he was going to fix it but just seemed to ignore it. Had to ask several other staff members before getting the rest of my food but none of them seemed to care. I was there for over 30 minutes before leaving with my food. Overall a Superbad experience and the worst, rudest McDonald’s staff I have ever met.

Food is what you would expect at any McDonalds. This is a new location and everything inside seems very modern in design.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is not real close to the door.

The service and quality of food has really gone up so much in the last few months! I’ve noticed that everyone I’ve encountered there has been very friendly, kind and my food has been accurate. Drive thru runs a lot faster.

Not a good McDonald’s. First this thing with making 9 mobile order parking spots, which are always empty, making the customer walk. Then of course they want to force you to use the kiosk which takes at least twice as long even if you know where all of the buttons are…. It’s the stupid questions, upsells, login, round up for charity etc.Oh then of course the kiosk has no receipt paper.Oh and the whole place stinks because you guys don’t know how to clean mops so everything smells moldy.And to top it off, it cost me more to eat here than a sit down restaurant

Terrible customer service. Just got 2 happy meals for my kids and asked if I could have the penguin as one of the toys. Manager was very rude and said absolutely not, even though the employee at the window was willing to help us out and they had them in the back. Now I have been trying to consul my 4 year old autistic son who has been crying ever since we left. Oh and not to mention we ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and were given a chicken nugget meal instead which didn't help the situation at all. Thanks for ruining our day!Kid-friendliness: Not accommodating in choice of happy meal toys

Second time we've come here and experienced the same issue. Our order goes though, I get a number and they don't have the order. Since there is no one to help at the front counter you get ignored. This location only focuses on drive though orders, so don't do expecting to get any service inside the restaurant. Will never go to this location again.I do have to mention that there was one lady that helped out with the issue. I had asked a few of the workers behind the counter and they basically ignored me. She went to the register up front and looked up the order and put it together, which is great considering we'll had waited over 20 min. That lady was awesome, but others not so much.

Very rude girl at the 2nd windowBothered by me asking for more ketchup after she gave 4 in the bag for a medium fryI asked for a sauce and claims I gave to pay for a buffalo sauce. Not sure why such a high end place has such low end employees not willing to serve or work with customers. She had glasses light skin Hispanic possibly reddish hair. Very disrespectful. Dropped the ketchup when I asked for more. Hope I had gotten her nameWheelchair accessibility: Not accessible parking for disabled

The workers from the place are really rude and we wait almost 1 hour for our food and when we ask the worker for our she respond really rude that she is gonna refund our food for no reason, terrible
