Wow, what a bad experience yesterday, Sunday March 30. Arrived at noon, so it was a very light Sunday crowd. Bartender was nice, but the managment had him (1 dude) working inside AND outside bar, at the same time. Ordered a standard cheeseburger. Came RAW, barely cooked. Sent back to kitchen. 15 minutes later, NO followup cheeseburger. In that timeframe, 6 people party sat at bar. Bartender outside, no inside bartender. They got up & left. I then proceeded to cancel my burger & tab out. Went to Publix next door & got a sandwich. Hell of a way to run a bar/restaurant. Not sure how they survive in this hyper competitive world.
Vegetarian options: If you want service, don't go there.

Good service can’t make up for terrible foods. We order the chicken nachos and the chicken was undercooked. We notified the waitress and manager. As for the Prime Rib, I ordered medium rare but it was on the rare side and pretty much without flavors.

Typical American style, sports bar food. Lots of fried and fatty options. An ok place to eat. Service was very nice and friendly.

Visited this location late at night around 10:00 PM. Sat at the bar and unfortunately the service was non-existent. After ordering a drink, I had to wait 10 minutes just to get a food menu. An additional 10 minutes for the bartender to come around to take a food order. The bartender staff is very unattentive similar to another review on here. Seems like the servers are much more responsive. Looks like service is better with servers than the bartenders. Perhaps more training is needed for bartenders. Very unfortunate. Service is definitely declining from when they first opened.

Great place. However, the food is not as well prepared as it used to be. Mimi's platter had too much vinegar. The French onion soup was very good. Our beef and shrimp had the beef well done (we had ordered medium-rate). Our server Josh was amazing, and the front desk was great as well!

In the past a solid choice for a decent meal at a reasonable price and time. Lately the kitchen is super slow and wait staff are missing or just plain forgetful. It’s a shame because consistency is king at places like this and it’s taken a back seat somehow. Well done steak came literally medium rare, glasses empty until asked, food took a ridiculous amount of time for a half empty restaurant. They’re relying on price to keep people coming. The people you will attract won’t add to the atmosphere I’m sure you want… families and sports fans neither of which have the patience to keep correcting the people they’re paying for service.

We had an extremely negative experience with the receptionist named Brosden. We called to request an estimated wait time, and he was incredibly rude throughout the conversation. To make matters worse, at the end of the call, he made an offensive remark directed at a coworker.

Went to watch the football ball placed my order. Got the fish and fries probably should have went with their zinger melt since I think that is what they are known for. First waitress was good be she went home some time during halftime and said there would be another waitress taking care of me. At the end of the game my waitress introduced herself and asked if I needed anything. That was after 2hrs of nobody coming around. I told her it would have been nice if I could’ve gotten another drink or ordered something else to eat. And her response was I was told that you didn’t need anything and are you ready to pay. So I asked for a manager. And all she could say was did you ask the bartender for anything. I wasn’t sitting at the bar. I said why should I ask for someone to wait on me that is your responsibility. I said I was ignored for 2 hours and she said how do I know if you’ve been ignored. I said ask her if she had come and checked on me. She came back and said that the waitress hadn’t come by and I took 2.00 off your bill. Wow a whole 2.00 bucks. I would’ve been happier with an apology and paid full price for my meal what a joke. Millers Ale House Hamlin center near Winter Garden FL. Never going back.
Would’ve spent more.
Do better.

Miller’s Ale House is the perfect place to meet up with fellow notaries for check-ins on best practices. On a cold and hard day, I was craving some comforting food, and Miller’s delivered! I had the most delicious, fresh, and gigantic pretzel, which was absolutely perfect for dipping. Along with that, I enjoyed their spicy chicken soup, which was flavorful and just the right amount of warmth to brighten the day.
The atmosphere is always welcoming, making it a great spot for both casual meetings and satisfying comfort food. Whether you’re meeting colleagues or just in need of a comforting meal, Miller’s Ale House is a reliable choice every time!

Tiffany was great. Got our kids food out right away as asked. Our 4 entrees took nearly 45 minutes to come out. When they arrived the fries were cold, the wings were cold too. No manager check in at table. Not worth the time to complain.

Their food is amazing, occasionally. I’m sure there’s different people preparing things but it’s so all over the place. I LOVED their cilantro lime rice but lately it’s been terrible. I got a log of what can only be described as soggy, stuck-together mush that was labeled as “rice”. The zingers have continuously gotten smaller as have the ribs. The servers are for the most part rude and I’ve seen management be rude and absent as well. I think this place needs a complete revamp and to actually be consistent, it shouldn’t matter when I go in this is a chain restaurant and this is the first Millers I’ve seen have such inconsistencies across the board

Unfortunate event. Couldn't get food forb45 minutes.
Then it was wrong. Absent server. 1 drink and no return of server. Paid 27$ for 2 drinks and lousy food. Manager never came to talk with us for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very Unfortunate.
