Todd is by far the worst manager I have ever encountered at this location. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, but since he became manager, the experience has completely gone downhill. His attitude is dismissive, unprofessional, and openly hostile toward customers.

Instead of resolving issues or showing basic courtesy, he creates tension and makes customers feel unwelcome. It’s honestly shocking that someone with this behavior was put into a management role. Whatever changed here, it wasn’t for the better.

Because of Todd, I will not be returning to this location, and I’ve already warned friends and family to avoid it as well. Management like this drives away loyal customers. This is not a one-time bad day — this is a pattern.

Corporate should seriously reevaluate who they allow to represent their brand.

Our bartender Stephanie was amazing on Sunday night! Our drinks tasted great and was on point the whole night. Place was very busy and she handled the bar like a rockstar! Will be coming back!

A little while ago, I went to this location with a few friends and didn’t feel welcome at all. We went to the outside bar, Stephanie was bartending and a racist guest said something disturbing to my brother. We mentioned it to Stephanie, she brushed it off and seemed to excuse his behavior. We’re frequent guests and it’s extremely upsetting to feel this way from the people who are supposed to be taking care of us. I hope that whoever reads this understands it’s more important to be a good human than to excuse racist behavior even if it’s from a friend who has worked with the company for 20+ years. Realize that the community you curate and allow into your restaurant is a direct reflection of who you are in this world.

I sat with Stephanie at the bar and she’s an awesome bartender and host. Always helpful with food selection and on time with the drinks!

Absolutely devastated to have to write this review as a frequent client of this location. One night an aggressive and racist interaction occurred to my brother wearing a scarf around his shoulders. An older man said he looked “explodey”, my brother an Arab man was very disturbed by this comment and continued to be cordial and kind to this man. A bartender by the name of Stephanie saw and heard the entire interaction and did nothing about it. Since then stephanie and management have been notified and nothing has been done about the situation. In fact I have contacted the GM herself. Since then, he has returned and been met by stares and uncomfortable energy at the bar. I’m very disappointed in this lack of respect for frequent visitors, we are all thinking of finding a new location with a welcoming energy and better bartenders. Stephanie do better.
Side note: Ashanti is the best and made us feel very seen and welcomed us kindly each time we come. Much love to ashanti thank you for making a bad situation better

Flagship chef's OMG the best ale house food I ever had... I would enjoy the old Hiawassiee location and International Drive but this Hamlin restaurant is (A)mazing!!!
