The sushi was amazing! They were very knowledgeable on all the fish and explaining everything! Thank you again and will be going back

Norigami Orlando is the rare kind of spot that makes you shut up mid-bite and just nod like an idiot. Two people, one tiny room, and somehow they're running a whole theatre of flavour without the usual omakase cosplay. Start with the truffle situation: not “truffle oil nonsense”, actual depth — earthy, savoury, and placed with intent. Then the chef's mini omakase hits like a sequence of clean, confident decisions. The eel? Properly brave: rich, glossy, balanced, and the kind of bite that makes you realise you've been settling for mediocre unagi elsewhere. Sashimi here is the point. Perfect cuts, zero ragged edges, fish that tastes alive, and knife work that shows restraint instead of ego. Wagyu lands exactly where it should — decadent, but not a blunt instrument. And the handmade pieces (the ones you eat by hand, as they should be) are absurdly good: tight rice, clean seasoning, and toppings that don't bully the fish. The little mats set the vibe — intimate, focused, quietly playful — and the service is all signal, no noise. Just a two-person team slinging it all with calm precision, timing everything, watching the room, and never dropping the thread. If you want safe, boring sushi, go elsewhere. If you want skill, nerve, and genuinely great eating, Norigami is it. What I loved most is the judgement. Every “brave” choice still feels disciplined — no stunt toppings, no sloppy heat, no sweet sauces drowning things. It's umami, texture, temperature: warm rice against cool fish, crisp where you want it, soft fat where it matters. And because it's only two of them, you're not getting conveyor-belt energy. You're getting eyes-up hospitality and pacing that actually respects the food. Orlando doesn't deserve something this dialled-in. But you do. Sit down, eat with your hands, and let the cuts do the talking....

We went to Norigami for our wedding anniversary and we're now thinking of making it a tradition to celebrate there. The cuisine is out of this world. The flavor pairing is delicious and the service is impeccable. We will be back for sure.

Excellent sushi prepared fresh by chefs that explain each piece. It doesn't get any better than here.

At the end of the day you're eating in a food hall so that's the ambience that you're looking at the food is exceptional however they use the same sauces it taste like at the beginning so the first few pieces on the Omasake menu tasted similar It's worth giving it a try and the team they're running it is great but we're still in search of that perfect sushi spot

It’s a small sushi bar in the open market area so the atmosphere is dependent upon the people in the market. Otherwise it’s really fantastic!

5/5 place, one of the closest experiences you can find to a real Japanese experience. Chef Michael is great! Quite recommended if you are looking to treat yourself or your partner.

We were lucky enough to spend Christmas Eve with Chef Austin and the crew. Everything was perfect. They definitely take pride in providing a top tier experience. Make time to get here if you have not. I will be back soon.

Refreshing take on omakase. Loved the American flavors like the Cajun giant shrimp. Overall for the price. It can't be beat

I took my wife here for her birthday because she loves sushi / sashimi and I am glad to say that it is the best sushi / sashimi my wife and I ever had! Everything is so fresh and melts in your mouth, worth of the Michelin rating! The customer service was great, our chef was very knowledgeable, guided us, and open to discussing anything about their food and history. The atmosphere of their booth is amazing, however, the stalls around and the people walking behind does get loud and also conflicting smells from other vendors can seep in a bit, but that I would say that is nitpicking for sure. We will be coming again on a special occasion for sure in the future!
