My husband and I really enjoyed our experience at Norigami. He enjoyed the omakase menu, while I enjoyed some sushi with A5 wagyu and the tofu pockets. The food hall where Norigami is located is a bit loud and can be cramped, but that didn't bother us.
Pound for pound the best omakase in FL! Yes I know there are other brick and mortar's (ie, Kadence,Natsu, Soseki) but the quality of fish is on par and Chef David's knife skills are superb. The “more omakase” (14 pieces of nigiri, handroll, soup) option is the best value you'll find anywhere and would cost 2-3x more in any Michelin starred sushiya. Take advantage of the extreme discount before Norigami moves into their own brick and mortar.

Had a great Omakase experience at Norigami today. We started with the popcorn hamachi and tuna carpaccio appetizers. The popcorn was okay, but not something I’d order again. The tuna carpaccio was great. The Omakase experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend that. The only downside was the Plant Street Market was packed due to rain. It was VERY loud inside and hard to hear the chef. That took away from the overall experience. Add on to that the popcorn machine in the next booth was cranking out popcorn so all I could smell was popcorn. Norigami can’t prevent either, so I won’t negatively affect the rating. 5 star food, just be aware the atmosphere can be an issue.

Norigami has taken the top spot of our favorite sushi restaurants in Orlando. We have been twice now and the quality of the fish cannot be stressed enough! We ordered the omakase (I had the “more omakase”) and each piece was delicious and stood alone. The hand rolls were top notch and the soup at the end really closes the meal so nicely! Love this place! My wife has a food allergy and they were able to work around it and she loved her food too!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Very authentic izakaya experience for high quality service. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary night so special. The flavors were innovative and seafood was so fresh. We will be coming back many times and showing all our friends and family this gem.

Everything we tasted was phenomenal. Chef took great care of us. Made us feel very special on our anniversary. It's a counter bar in a loud open space, but the food and care and consideration of the sushi chefs make this place a can't miss. Definitely going again!

5 stars for everything & the quality of fish is top tier! Chef David was so welcoming & this is a very casual 8 seat counter style sushi bar, it’s very good and NO pre made rolls here.
Wow, just wow! Every thing we ate there was awesome. Highly recommend trying the 5 piece nigiri set so that you can try a bunch of different pieces. The King Salmon with truffle oil literally brought tears to my eyes. So delicious! The cucumber salad and the spicy edamame are also really tasty. Will definitely be back!
