Norigami Orlando is the rare kind of spot that makes you shut up mid-bite and just nod like an idiot. Two people, one tiny room, and somehow they're running a whole theatre of flavour without the usual omakase cosplay. We went to Norigami for our wedding anniversary and we're now thinking of making it a tradition to celebrate there. The cuisine is out of this world. The flavor pairing is delicious and the service is impeccable. We will be back for sure.
At the end of the day you're eating in a food hall so that's the ambience that you're looking at the food is exceptional however they use the same sauces it taste like at the beginning so the first few pieces on the Omasake menu tasted similar It's worth giving it a try and the team they're running it is great but we're still in search of that perfect sushi spot
