Otus Coffee - Roasting Facility

Otus makes THE BEST coffee. It has become the only coffee I buy to make espresso at home. Their shipping is always so fast, and the quality of their beans and roasting is unmatched. They always bring in new beans from around the world. The second you open the bag and smell it, you just go "whoah." Every other coffee now tastes so boring in comparison.

It's always great to find a local roaster, especially one that makes a nice darker roast for espresso. I ordered for pickup and was in and out in seconds. The quality of the beans is fantastic, and even more importantly so, the roast is consistent, which is so important for dialing in espresso. Can't wait to try some of their single origins!

I have a subscription with Otus through their website to receive fresh roasted beans each month, and I've been using them for a year or so. I have been so incredibly happy with the quality of the coffee and how easy it is to use their site. A++

Glenn has things working well at Otus. He roasts to a specialty coffee grade. All in all what he puts out is to excellent. I strongly recommend Otus. Great folks and coffee beans.

I've been looking fat and wide for a roaster that doesn't break the bank and preferably in FL. Otus is by far the best roaster I've come across in the state. It's also a massive bonus that they are super local to my area. Every roast I've had thus far has exceeded my expectations and they are always roasting new beans. I've even had Kenya beans, which floral notes are not my favorite, but darn they are amazing from here.I truly think the only roaster that can compare is Lineage, but their prices are way too high

As a WG local and new to coffee, I wanted to explore what the city had to offer. Thankfully we are graced with the presence of Otus Coffee. Stopped by earlier in the week shortly after The Nest opened and was warmly greeted by Glen. Even though he was busy roasting fresh beans, he was extremely kind and friendly. Glen gave some honest recommendations and wasn’t pushy at all. On my rating system of whether I would have a beer with them or not, Glen is definitely someone I would happily buy a beer. A great experience ordering online. Solid communication for pickup. I bought a bag of Night Owl as a gift for a friend with a high-end espresso machine. He was thrilled at how fresh the pour was. Fresh is best!!

Really, really phenomenal coffee. I first came across their Wine Club roast at Copperline in Port Orange and fell in love with it, so decided to order a couple more roasts directly from Otus. The shipping was quick and their customer service is great! I am excited to find a local roaster that is such good quality, and will definitely continue to order from here.
