I’ve been ordering coffee from Otus for about a year or so. I am always so pleased with what I get! Some of the beans seem like magic. I don’t know how to describe some of these roasts other than “the snozzberries taste like snozzberries!”
Otus makes THE BEST coffee. It has become the only coffee I buy to make espresso at home. Their shipping is always so fast, and the quality of their beans and roasting is unmatched. They always bring in new beans from around the world. The second you open the bag and smell it, you just go "whoah." Every other coffee now tastes so boring in comparison.
It's always great to find a local roaster, especially one that makes a nice darker roast for espresso. I ordered for pickup and was in and out in seconds. The quality of the beans is fantastic, and even more importantly so, the roast is consistent, which is so important for dialing in espresso. Can't wait to try some of their single origins!
