Staff pretends to not be able to hear you over the phone when you call, I called from multiple different phones and they continuously pretended to not be able to hear me.

Been here several times. This time i noticed container very small. Usually the food is moist and has a lot of juice in it, but this time the food is dry and broccoli and beef had 2 small pieces of brocoli. Orange chicken was a very small portion and Lots of dry tasteless food. I dont recommend this place.

I also order and get almost the same thing but it's worst today, I got 95% cabbage and 5% chowmein 🤦‍♀️😡 It's not letting me add another review so, I just went there again and for $10 I got literally 3 shrimp and 3 very tiny pieces of steak. I ordered the FIRECRACKER SHRIMP & STEAK. I will never go back to this location on Daniel's road. It's bad

Took my kid to lunch here today. Was the only customer in line and waited 5 minutes to be asked what I’d like. Server fixing my kid food used his hands to put noodles that were hanging out, inside back into the bowl, using his hands. I asked him about it and he said “yes, I’m sorry.” Then waited another 5 minutes to be checked out. Spoke with manager and was told they’re working on it.

Still no good customer service and the bathroom is so small.
It's like they don't care about the food. Service just to get the tables clean is stupid.
Sorry but the food service is not the same anymore, why is it that you order something and they say it will he out in 5 minutes and it does and of course you paid for it and they never let you know how rude, you have to go up thier again and say where is the stuff you said was out and now it is out but no one tells you or brings you the extra stuff.
The chicken was spicy and did not ask for that. The manager lady was very rude, rice crunchy and no one can tell you if the chicken is fresh,

they closed the door at 10:30pm when the store is supposed to close at 11:00pm. I understand that is Friday and you want to go home, but close 30min before. Just take to go orders…

A year ago I had gotten sick from the food I was served so I stopped going. I did to go to try it again. Shocker the food was so terrible! There was several items not available too. The three meat options were old food. Soggy meat and veggies. Shriveled up green beans, limp broccoli and soggy zucchini. The veggies were barely cooked and raw but cabbage and kale was cooked perfectly. I’m so tired of wasting my money on eating out to be served crap food. I will never go back to this location again. Clermont is way better! Corporate needs to evaluate this location.

Weird atmosphere. Everyone ignores the customer while they chat amongst themselves. Even the cook comes out to hit on the girl cleaning the windows.

So we had a meal, and the portion for the first one we had was good. Their normal average portion, and when we went to get another meal, the meat portion was extremely small. When I told the woman that was serving me (she was wearing all black, a manager) that “this isn’t enough” she was arguing with me instead of improving the situation. Even though they put normal portion in the first serving, all the other workers were good, the manager that was wearing alll black was the only person we had an issue with. And she also said one portion of meat was $11.50 , when we got a meal earlier for less. We’ve been to other panda express’s before, and all the previous ones we’ve been to we had no problems. If you’re not in a good mood, you don’t have to take it out on the customers.

Found a bug in my food. Now I’m wondering how many more there are. I know it happens but it wasn’t a fly with wings so it definitely crawled in there which means there are probably more.

Customer service definitely needs improvement! Employees speaking amongst themselves in the kitchen area, ignoring customers, walking to the back out of view. Explained to the manager on the way out as she was sitting in the dining area eating and working on a laptop.
