Place is always scuzzy. Just watched male at 910 pm cashier bite nails spit them on the floor grab a cookie to bag without washing his hands to place in my bag. Forbid I go talk to the GM about it. Like they would do anything about it anyway. Tossing my food out. Waste of money.

We just ordered something for breakfast, after 30 minutes the manager told us they have no soufflé so she can refund my money, or if I want to order something else we have to wait 30 or more minutes… So you have no way can we get any food faster because we has been waiting more than 30 minutes already, NO… When I asked for the manager, SHE IS THE MANAGER… That’s not the management we need or want for the future in Winter Garden…
Got myself a strawberry lemonade w basil and strawberry in the drink. I don't usually get the basil in my drink when ever I order yet today I got my drink with basil even tho I clearly put thru the app no basil for customization. Took my drink to go, Drank my drink and ate some basil, the basil tasted like some type of cleaner soap... detergent of some sort... either that or I'm tripping.... will not be coming back to this location after this experience...

Sucks they got rid of the roasted turkey Avocado BLT. Worst mistake. Now they use chicken and it taste God awful and cheap. So disappointed. Haven’t been back since.
