I don't agree with a 16 inch pizza being a 32.00 Xtra large. It was more a medium in my opinion. That's why when only order from papa Johns when we absolutely have to.

It was not the first time! Tried several times to apply a discount cupom on the app and Papa’s John app was not working at the ende of the checkout! Placed the order by phone and the lady told me to pay at the store and that the operator was able to apply the discount during the pickup! I went there and they said the cupom is only online! Talk with the Manager and same answer! If Papa John’s offer discount cupons the App needs to be available! Stay away! Crazy process! Worst customer service!

Awful I orders a stuffed crust couldn’t even pick up the pizza with out it falling apart super greasy and nasty me and my partner ate one and it taste nasty now the rest to the trash and I said extra sauce and they put extra cheese nasty can’t even follow directions money down the drain I highly don’t recommend they don’t care about customer care greasy nasty soggy pizza even says the wrong thing I didn’t order pepperoni on there and it says it

They're very good about knowing their customers. Most of the time I show up and they immediately hand me my pizzas. They do this for name customers. Never had that level of service from any pizza place!

Ordered 3 pizza with extra sauce and well baked. None of which were made correctly. Cheese would not even stay on the actual pizza. Quick service since the order was made incorrectly. From the time I placed the order and picked it up, only 13 minutes passed. Just seems shocking that 3 pizzas being constructed and finished with "well done" instructions were all completed within 13 minutes. I feel the process needs to be overviewed. Not worth the $45 at all, will be sure to not recommend this location going forward.

The pizza was undercooked and we had missing items. I called to get the refund of the missing items. The manager said he would refund the amount but did not extend an apology. If the service is going to be like this, might as well make it an automated service.
