PDQ is my favorite fast food restaurant. The food is consistently delicious and the staff is always friendly. I’m very sad that my location in Winter Garden is closing soon, I go there at least once a week. Also, it’s my family’s favorite spot too. We eat there every time they visit. It will be missed. 💔

Very disappointing experience tonight.
I was served a chicken sandwich with barely any actual chicken, mostly batter, no proper fillet. I politely raised this with the chef working and was met with a rude, dismissive, and abrupt attitude. He insisted the sandwich was fine and treated the situation like I was an inconvenience.
When he remade it, he showed no basic customer service and essentially slammed the replacement sandwich down with an attitude. The replacement sandwich was what the original should have been, confirming my complaint was valid.
Management should be aware of how customers are being treated.

Honestly I’ve never eaten at a PDQ prior till tnt and had walked from my hotel to Wendy’s, but they refused to take my order at the counter and mandated I use self order. I don’t. I saw that right next door was a PDQ to the rescue . I walked in and the staff happily took my order and I loved the food. Thanks PDQ

Kylie was amazing—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her great service really made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!
PDQ Flamingo Crossings is our to go to place. We love the staff and Daniel Silva is always very helpful. We had a spirit night there for our school and they were awesome,

My grandma were driving to Disney for a surprise trip and she wanted to stop and get food. Thankfully, we stopped at the right place because when we went in, Kylie was so sweet and Considerate. She made my grandma feel so comfortable when she didn’t know what she wanted to eat and was just over all kind!
