I made a mobile order and arrived a little early. I was greeted immediately. The team were very friendly. I only gave a 4 because I feel the dining area could have been cleaner. I’m a stickler for a clean restaurant.

First and last visit to any PDQ. Staff was good overall. We ordered through the drive thru. The fries had so much salt it wrinkled your lips. Chicken breading was ok, just a more crispy zaxbys. The ranch was off, not really sure if it was mixed with something or bad, but it was a yellowish brown. Our tea's had so many tea grounds it nearly covered the bottom of the cups. We opted to try this while at target rather than walk disney springs for what we knew was great. Maybe we caught it on a very bad night, we didn't attempt to return and talk to management. Would have just filled an online survey if I was given a receipt. Again, staff was friendly for the most part, food was terrible.

I’m from New Zealand and raising canes is promoted largely to try while in the States, PDQ is by far better more flavourful, the service was immaculate I had this young lady who gave excellent customer service, she asked how I was, made sure I got exactly what I was looking for, her nature was super nice, I don’t know her name but I want to acknowledge her service was like I was in a restaurant for real. I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal and a Oreo milkshake it was a 10/10 as I was filling up my fountain drink the food was ready straight away and it was hot. So I want to acknowledge the team tonight for the good food and I know if they were serving me I would have gotten excellent customer service aswell because the atmosphere was brilliant. The place was clean too. Thank you so much!!!
First time here and it was great! The cashier explained to us the menu, suggested sauces and then another guy came to the table to say hi to our baby… gave us a cookie and we ordered even more food to go! Impressed ! Great prices and quality of foooooddd!!! Definitely coming back ❤️

Went to grab my food for my Birthday & The staff was phenomenal as always
I love PDQ more than Raising Canes or Zaxbys. The first time I had the side broccoli it was seasoned well. The second time there was no seasoning. It took a while to convince myself to go back, but the 3rd time it was seasoned well again. I'm not sure if they changed chefs or what, but I love the food overall. Consistant seasoning would be all 5 stars.

The nuggets are awesomely crispy and juicy chicken along with the crunchy fries. A small but excellent differentiator from all the other chicken establishments!

I ordered the food and got it very quickly. I was pretty hungry and the food was amazing. I have been to PDQ before in NC so I can say that the food quality is incredibly consistent and amazing. Definitely recommend. The prices aren't horrible either. Would definitely go back again!!
They make a great chicken tender.
