Dreadfully slow after a long day of waiting at Disney and having to wait for this incompetence was the last thing I needed. Oh and they ran out of crust. What a joke, we had to leave !!

I'm in town for a week and was craving a pizza. Saw them online and decided to give them a try... and WOW! Their pizza is amazing!! I wish we had one where I live. This is something I will definitely miss when I'm gone.

Fantastic custom made pizzas and calzones. I recommend that the red sauce be heated for the calzones, not cold.

Pieology has been one of my childhood staples in California, and I was ecstatic to stumble upon another one in Orlando. I noticed the chain recently undergone a remodeling, but the pizza was still as good as I remembered. Nice thin dough and packed a lot of flavor. Highly recommend!!

I ordered a pizza tonight on their mobile app and came to pick it up at the time it said on the email. Talked to one of the workers, said he would make it and to give him ten minutes. I come back again and asked about it, it wasn’t even being made yet. I was super frustrated and just asked for a refund instead. They said they couldn’t give me a refund at the time because their manager wasn’t there?? So I walked out with no food or money back which I find ridiculous. They are “supposedly” gonna talk to the manager and give me a refund tomorrow but I doubt it. It’s super disappointing. They didn’t even offer anything instead like we could give you a coupon or a gift card for next time. So I pretty much was scammed out of my money and food.

Update: I had to be the one to reach out to make sure I was actually getting a refund which is “supposedly” gonna be given back in two days. What kind of business wouldn’t reach out to the customer when waiting to hear from them, but instead they left a crappy response back to this review. This business should actually take responsibility for their actions and miscommunications instead of shifting the blame. It’s their employees who couldn’t communicate correctly with me about wait times. Super disappointing experience and don’t waste your time or money!!
