If you want to have a terrible experience, buy here!!! They eat a piece of my pizza, delivered it missing a piece. I called warning of what happened and they told me that I would send another pizza, I was waiting for 2 hours, they never answered the phone again and they didn't refund my money.

I ordered 2 large pizzas
The online order said 20 minutes but took 40 minutes to have the pizzas ready.
The flavors were good .
But the employee looked lost , very confused .

Ordered food at around 2:30 p.m. More than an hour later still no food. Called the store they said that the order had been picked up at like 2:45. DoorDash was delivering. I should have known. I will no longer be ordering or eating from Pizza Hut until they stop using doordash. The food showed up at 4:00. I refused. I hope the DoorDasher gets stuck with the bill. Y'all don't want to show up on time and deliver cold food This is what's going to keep happening. Do better Pizza Hut.

Twice we have had items missing from an order. Trying to contact the store about an issue is a problem since they will put you on hold claiming to need a manager but then they just hung up.

Food was delivered by Door Dash, driver did not speak English and when called stated no English. Someone from door dash called and wanted us to take a picture of our home and text it to them for the driver. Called the store and they refused to take the calls, pizza and wings were cold and the drinks wrong. Guess we will be going to Dominos in the future.

I’ve ordered from this location monthly if not more, for years and overall have had minimal issues, but I’ve finally decided to do myself a favor and not give Pizza Hut future business after my last delivery experience. We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 orders of wings and breadsticks and the delivery, after more than an hour, included just 2 pizzas. The driver did not speak English and just shrugged his shoulders when I tried asking him where the rest of the order was. I tried calling the restaurant but the phone just rings so I had to drive to the restaurant. One employee working who was hanging out outside when I got there, came in and greeted me after about 5 min of waiting. I explained the situation and he blamed it on Door Dash saying the driver must have stolen the rest of the order. I waited for 20 min as he made the missing items. No apology, no mgr to speak with. I was told the mgr would be in the next day if I wanted to come in and speak with him. Tried filling out a complaint on pizza hut.com while I waited but they don’t allow you to. After completing an entire form, I got a site error message. Not worth it! I’d rather spend more and not go through such a hassle, or at least deal with a restaurant who cares and attempts to make things right when mistakes happen.

We had no idea DoorDash would be delivering the food. They left the food outside the front porch on the walkway. We had no idea it was there. The food was cold and had ants inside the box. Tried calling multiple times but you can’t reach the store. I had to drive to the store to have them remake the order. This time I waited for the food. It’s hot but unfortunately the pizza is burnt. Will not be doing business with them again.

Apparently, this location has discontinued, using delivery drivers and is now using DoorDash to deliver their pizza. I do not want a third party delivering the food I will eat, if I did I would have used door dash in the first place. The pizza arrived late and short a pizza. There are many options for pizza in this area. I am a long time Pizza Hut delivery orderer but this will be my last purchase from Pizza Hut until they go back to having their own delivery drivers.

Update
I spoke with the manager Max who was polite. He said the entire chain nationwide switched to door dash. When I told him about the cold pizza he said I would have to contact door dash. I asked for a contact for his manager he directed me to pizzahut.com. I went on there and tried to get them to contact me with no luck, their system says it has an error when you try and submit. Definitely will stay away from Pizza Hut going forward. What a shame!

Buyer beware

Pizza Hut uses DOOR DASH for pizza delivery,

Oreded pizza online for a 11:45am delivery
at noon still NO pizza,
called the store
was informed the they were waiting on door dash to pick up order & a new delivery time was issued for 12:38pm
so I drove to pick it up myself.

I was informed by the pizza hut clerk that
Door Dash does not deliver any order over
$100.00 cash per door dash policy.
He stated he spent 20 mins on the on the phone called his customer service & door dash to see what he should do since the order was over $100.00.

I was never called or informed of this issue.

Pizza Hut needs to update policy & inform their customers that delivery is a 3rd party (door dash & needs to be per-pay for order i dont have a problemper-paying for my order.)

At 12:50 p.m. door dash calls to ask me if i picked up my order,
Yes, I did your 1hr 5 minutes late.
Pizza should be cold by then

Pizza Hut has lost a customer that oreded once a week
