New owners? New prices? My favorite banana split price went up. Middle aged lady at window seemed more interested talking to friends in line while at the same time being snarky to staff at the window when I was there with my 8yo son. I’ve given it two times now in last month and moving on.

But what really makes Scoops special are the owners. They’re the kindest, most genuine people, and they make every visit feel like you’re part of the family. Best ice cream shop in town! Excellent customer service, and fun place to get ice cream. Their prices are amazing and really yummy ice cream. My favorite flavor is the butter pecan and banana pudding. If you come to downtown, stop by for a nostalgic historic experience.

I had a great experience at Scoops! As someone who avoids dairy, I was so happy to find that they offered a dairy-free option-and they didn’t disappoint! The staff was super friendly, and the service was fast, even with a crowd. It’s always nice when a place goes the extra mile to accommodate dietary needs without making it feel like a big deal. We LOVE Scoops! Recently under new ownership, there have already been massive improvements. Fans and umbrellas to cool customers waiting in line, updated hours to actually serve the people of Winter Garden almost every day of the week! The new owners are they every day making sure the business operates well, giving service with a smile!! The line was long, as always, but it moved super quickly with the efficient team! We love Scoops. It’s the most affordable ice cream in town and consistently good ice cream and service. Highly recommend!

Scoops has always been our favorite place to go for ice cream. Recently, they wen't under new ownership and the overall experience is light years better. Fans blowing cool air as you wait in line, nice new giant umbrellas to shade you from the Florida sun and what seems to be significantly quicker wait time. We were told they are close to opening up the inside which is what my kids love the most! Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for delicious ice cream and incredible customer service. Exciting to see what this new great group of owners do!

My family went to Scoops for Fathers Day and it was so pleasant! Lots of options and the line went quick- we asked for a side of chocolate sprinkles and they were FREE. It’s the little things that bring joy haha 🤣. We enjoyed the ice cream on the sweet winter garden swings by the fountain right across the street. A sweet experience- pun intended 😉. Thanks Scoops!!!!
