I’ve been to this ice cream shop multiple times, and it never disappoints! The dark chocolate truffle and raspberry flavor is one of my favorites. I also tried the cappuccino flavor as something new which was a really nice as well. But what really made my visit stand out this time was the amazing customer service. Eden was so kind, friendly, and patient. she genuinely made the experience even sweeter while helping us decide which flavor to pick. It’s always nice to see someone who loves what they do and makes customers feel welcome. Can’t wait to come back again!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Scoops. Not only is the building filled with history, but generations of Winter Garden residents have grown up going there for their ice cream. If only the walls can tell the stories! The owners care deeply about the store and the community and it's evident in every detail. Every time we go get the delicious ice cream we bump into old friends, or make new ones! If you are in Winter Garden, don't miss the opportunity to stop by Scoops for your treat!

My family has loved Scoop’s for years and years. It’s so great to see these new owners continuing the legacy of Michael. They’re stepping it up daily with little things, like their logos on the cups, pencils, and undoubtedly strategically placed fans for those in line! Looking forward to seeing how high you’ll raise the bar in our little town!

Since my son moved to Oakland, FL in 2009, we have frequented Scoops Ice Cream shop. We hear they’re under new ownership now. Well be HAPPY that the same sweet goodness with a smile hasn’t changed!!! Very friendly and patient staff, as I was indecisive as to what flavor I would like. My husband loves their milkshakes, while I enjoy a child scoop of the Rocky Road. Generous servings. Love supporting the local business. The fans and umbrellas have made waiting in line more pleasurable.

So thankful to have this gem in our community! Our family has been a fan of Scoops for 9 years now. My kids love hopping in line and seeing the different flavors. We are usually able to find familiar favorites or something new to enjoy if we’re feeling adventurous. Wait time can look long but the staff keeps the line moving quickly and efficiently. We love bringing out-of-town family and friends here because it’s such a great representation of a Winter Garden, family-friendly small business. We are so excited to see the new owners continue to pour into the community and do what they do best which is welcome everyone with Winter Garden charm and the perfect scoop of ice cream.
