On Sept 28, 2025 around 7:00 PM, visited the store. The store was not overly bussy. All workers with exception of the cashier were teenagers. Waited a very long time for a server to decide to take my order, apologetically. The food was extremely salty and I could not consume any more than quarter of the meal. When paying my bill, I told the cashier how salty the food was. She seemed to be surprised and asked me if I had dined with them before. I told her this was my first time. I will not go back!

Highly recommended! Everyone was extremely friendly. Food was delicious! . Finn's knowledge was amazing to hear him recite the menu and the options. He even let us try a sample. It is definitely a different flavour profile but better and more delicious than I expected! Also it's one of the few places you can get red cream soda! Absolutely delicious. The manager Daniel is also very friendly I love that you are greeted when you enter and thanked for coming and encouraged back! So go see Finn and Daniel, and enjoy!

The chili was honestly horrible! I was kinda surprised that this restaurant was nearby the hotel and thought it was only a Cincinnati thing. The only saving grace was that our waiter, Jake, was absolutely amazing! He was so on top of his game and made sure we had everything that we needed. The restaurant is also super clean and decorated very nicely. Just the food is so bad!! I got a chili 3-way pasta and there was so much cheese on it. I could only eat a quarter of the meal before I just had to pitch the entire thing. It didn't even taste like anything, such a weird flavor!! I personally would never eat here again, but maybe some people are used to this kind of chili and like it?
