The Starbucks inside Target has endless waits and awful service. They ignore details and customers’ needs. I ordered a drink and only after waiting did they admit the main ingredient was missing. Six people were served before me. Tell customers upfront instead of pushing a quick sale. Refund was requested and nothing else was even considered.

Stopped in this morning for red cup day. Ordered a white chocolate mocha and a caramel brulee. As it’s stated in the app and online if you order drinks from the holiday menu you’ll get a red cup while supplies last. Got there before 7am. Plenty of cups available. I got one cup and the staff tell me their manager will NOT give a red cup for anyone ordering a white chocolate mocha. He agrees he knows it’s on the app and online but says his manager will not allow them to give it to anyone ordering a white chocolate mocha. Seems like this manager is making up their own rules and completely going against what’s posted online.

I love this location in Winter Garden. There is another location nearby and they never make the drinks very good. I don’t mind traveling another 10-15 minutes to this location just so I get my order tasting great. The people working here always seem happy and ready to help. It is a very cheerful atmosphere. I also love the great amount of drinkware this location had on sale.

Ordered a pumpkin spiced latte and a cake pop. Received the cake pop and paid. I did not tip and the guy at the drive thru gave me a death glare. When I received my drink it was boiling hot and had no sleeve. Took a sip and there was no pumpkin in it at all and was just a crazy hot latte. I went to another Starbucks who gladly remade it. I feel like they did this on purpose because I didn’t tip them.

I’m not a frequent customer, I went to get something for a friend that just had a surgery and I know she loves Starbucks, the girl who took the order was friendly and helpful I wasn’t clear about what drink combination my friend like and I didn’t want to call her as it was a surprise, I was with my mom and order a coffee and a croissant too. The girl even pay attention when I said my friend had a surgery and asked if wanted a message on the cup, that was very thoughtful, I went back to the counter just to get my receipt as an excuse and pay attention to the girl’s name, as I intended to write this review. Thank you Gayle. Starbucks now has a new customer.

I had such a great experience thanks to this blue eyed girl that help me the other day ! She was super friendly and recommended the Passion Tango with raspberry and wow, it was delicious! Her positive and charming smile really made my day. Definitely coming back for more great drinks and great service. Thanks, I believe her name was Gayle. She had really cute makeup.

I went through the drive through on Friday at 3pm. There was a very rude lady managing the drive through, she mocked me when I asked for a cinnamon roll stating Starbucks does not carry them. When asked for alternative she sighed ion frustration and would not take my order until I stated the exact name of the pastry I chose as an alternative. This was unacceptable, this person continued to be rude despite me being kind to her the whole time. This is poor customer service.
