Got attitude about ordering through mobile order and showing up after placing the order. Thing is I’ve worked at this Starbucks. There is zero time difference ordering it through the mobile app or at the window. If anything ordering at the window takes up more time than a mobile order. Attitude was unnecessary and yall need better costumer service. I remember customer service was important when I worked there, it’s time to talk to your employees about mobile orders. I also see this has been a complaint before through your reviews. Do better. This was at 12:40 28th of December the they/them employee that was rude was at the inside register doing the oven for food. Lady at drive through register was nice.

Drive thru associates always have an attitude about making mobile orders if you show up within 10 minutes. I am placing a mobile order as its easier for me to think about what everybody wants. Not because I need it now. Next time, I'll make you take my order at the window instead of making it pre printed for you.

This Starbucks is a ✨VIBE✨. The moment we walked in we were warmly greeted and the baristas were all so friendly and personable. As we sat inside we watched them invite guests to take a seat and they would bring food/drinks to guests. Different people walked in and they made every effort to offer a kind and personal word to each person. They were patient when my Starbucks card needed to be reloaded. The kept things clean. This is a model Starbucks!
