Horrible customer service. After getting my order and driving away I turned around because they had given me the wrong drink. My drink tasted horrible. I get out of the car and walk in and the lady at the register tells me that my drink is supposed to have cookie crumbles in it when I know it doesn’t, it never had been made with cookie crumbles then proceeds to almost refuse to remake it. Then goes ahead and tells me if I want them to remake ir she can remove the chips it comes with I said no she still decided to make it the way she felt like it all while giving me an attitude. I waited and waited drink finally comes out and it’s trash. I’m starting to hate Starbucks and have been going to other coffee shops.

My order is always simple large ice chai and sausage, egg, and cheese wrap. Only thing I didn’t like was I was in the drive thru and they shoved the machine in my face and said TIP. I hit no tip and they rolled their eyes shoved my food at me hard spilled the drink little down the side of the cup. Took a napkin wiped off the cup and kept it moving.
Autumn is the absolute best. She’s always polite and goes out of her way to help. Great employees make for a great store!

If you're in this area, do yourself a favor by going to Three Birds, Piccolo, Foxtail, Axum, or Rosalie. You'll get better coffee, support local, and not leave disappointed.This Starbucks consistently disappoints me with their inconsistent drinks. As a past Starbucks employee, what I loved about the store is that they give you very specific and easy recipes to ensure that when a customer orders their drink, it's the same regardless of which store they go to anywhere in the world. This location ignores the recipes. I consistently get the easiest of drinks (iced coffee with milk) with way too much milk or a plain latte that is literally 1/3 milk foam. If I am paying over $6 for a latte, I expect a latte, not a cappuccino. I have even asked them to remake it due to it being mostly foam, and it came out exactly the same.I'm not one to send drinks back unless it's terribly wrong, and what is terribly wrong is how they charge top dollar for mediocre drinks.
