Genuinely nice people here. I expected get off my lawn attitudes, this was the opposite. Very friendly and welcoming and the drinks were on point. Awesome spot.

On July 2 we came in the late afternoon to get something to drink, the curly dark haired girl at the counter had seemed slightly rude at first, but we got to the worst when I went back to order a cookie. As I was paying, she disrespectfully threw the cookie at the coworker behind, who was supposed to bag it. I also work in contact with people, and I would never allow myself to throw food like that, with the client watching. I'm sorry girl if you had a bad day, but he should learn to separate work from personal anger. I don't know if I go back to the bar anymore, but if I go back and she is there, I don't leave tip, I'm sorry. The other girls, on the other hand, were silent but nice as always.

The eleven (11!) employees were so distracted by a tow truck outside of the Starbucks that they ceased most work despite a coffeeshop and drive through filled with people and cars respectively. It took almost twenty minutes to get my drink, which tasted mediocre. That being said, the interior of this Starbucks is very nice... and most of the time there shouldn't be a tow truck out front?

Cant use their restroom anymore, no water without purchase now. Starbucks forgetting only people doing these things are customers. I spend a ton of money at Starbucks every month. No longer.

I have been going to this Starbucks for about 2 years now since I work at Disney and this is on the way. I recently changed my normal drink order to chai for the fall / winter season. I order chai tea but the last few times I have been given chai latte. It is partially my fault for not checking before I leave. I am not a fan of latte drinks and I usually only drink about half and then throw the rest away when I get to work, but one of these times I hope to get a plain chai tea and not latte.
