I have been going to this Starbucks for about 2 years now since I work at Disney and this is on the way. I recently changed my normal drink order to chai for the fall / winter season. I order chai tea but the last few times I have been given chai latte. It is partially my fault for not checking before I leave. I am not a fan of latte drinks and I usually only drink about half and then throw the rest away when I get to work, but one of these times I hope to get a plain chai tea and not latte.

It’s what you would expect from a Starbucks. Because it is across the street from the Disney college program, you see cast members off duty in the customs. Weird to see the outfits mix. Disney is so careful to avoid this inside the parks. Also, a very usable bathroom in a pinch.

Atmosphere- 4 stars- decent sized Starbucks. Large service counter and pretty clean. Lots of seating inside. Small patio outside with umbrellas and seating area. Large selection of drink cups/bottles available for sale. Serves the adjacent DCP (Disney College Program) area which is just across the street.
Service- 4 stars- busy especially the drive thru however I was immediately waited on and only had to wait about a minute for my drink. Friendly staff.
Food- 4 stars- I got an iced Carmel Macchiato and it was very good. Solid Starbucks location.
I ordered a drink and the person prepared it and spent 15 minutes delivering it to me. What a bad service, I felt super frustrated and I stayed waiting thinking that it wasn't my drink. When he gave it to me, it was already watered down without ice and I saw everything that was making me wait. I live very close and I'm going to take the photo because enough of your bad service, maybe your time is worth more than ours

This is the third time that I’ve ordered a beverage from this location and half the drink is cold foam. In the photo is how much of the actual drink was in there. The other two times I’ve had to go inside and they were able to fix it so I can’t say the service is bad but when you don’t have have enough time to go back because work (I’m sure others can relate) it’s a sad start to your day.

This is a very large Starbucks with many tables, and different size tables. I was meeting up with a few colleagues and we were able to get a table big enough for us to sit and somewhat spread out. Several areas for working. Fast service, accurate drinks, bathrooms were clean! Easy parking. I'd come here again.

Horrible service! I ordered pick up when it said “ ready “ I was there and waited about 20 minutes more….so that’s call “ready “ And the drink is sweet like hell! Do they have a same recipe for every drink? I ordered the same thing and it’s never the same. I felt i wasted my money here
