Horrible service rude customer service Bradley is very rude to customers and should be replaced he was so rude to me I even ask for the manager and he claimed he was the manager can’t believe how nasty he is with customers and is the manager??? Crazy managers should be nice not like Bradley he messed up my drink and got attitude because i said it didn’t taste good he offered another drink but with the attitude he gave me I didn’t want him to spit in my drink so I asked for my money back because the service he gave was so rude I wasn’t even in the mood anymore and he wants to ask for a receipt when they don’t even give recipes but lucky I paid with my credit card he was making it hard to give me my refund back I show him my receipt from my bank and he was making it hard still …I don’t understand how can they have rude people like this working at Starbucks I come here everyday why be rude to me I even tip and he didn’t even refund that just a cake pop and my large coffee no sorry for the inconvenience or nothing just going back and fourth with me he was very confrontational rude and nasty I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN OR EVEN RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!!!

I wanted to give a shoutout to my Barista this morning! Her name I think is Kayla, she has a some cutesy pink hair and she is the best!!!! I have never had a barista make my drink better! If you are at this Starbucks, you are in luck!!!!

I’m a regular and really love Starbucks but this location is just the worst in the area, always ordering the same thing, venti size and the cup comes half empty!
This is ridiculous because I pay for a full venti coffee and I get a tall!!!

Im not the type of person who normally leaves reviews but in this situation I felt like I had to. The manager Sarah left a very bad taste in my mouth for all of Starbucks. She was rude and very unhelpful when I had an issue with the service and quality of my drink. I came back and decided to see if I could get a different result and dealt with another manager named Sam who was very apologetic and willing to make everything right. Starbucks needs to do a better job at making sure the employees they hire are quality hard working employees and not entitled employees who think they deserve the job they’re paid to do. Thanks again Sam.

I like to say the past 6 months I have visit this store it has improve drastically. At the beginning, baristas used to be slow with making your drinks and always seemed grumpy and would ALWAYS get it wrong. But now, the energy in the store is friendly and upbeat. Rose has a great personality and kind when taking my order. Chris will constantly have a smile on his face while making my drinks. I’ve enjoyed meeting the new manager Lily. She has really turned the store into a great environment.

I usually don’t leave many reviews but I feel I must mention that coming now to one of my favorite study spots I’ve now felt uncomfortable and ended up not staying very long due to the very offsetting environment. The barista who made my drink was very nice and I had no problems with my order but multiple times while there, I believe their manager came in, Lily I believe? who I saw talking down on baristas and it’s clearly made the store less genuine and the atmosphere has changed for the worse. I hate to see the store come to this.
