This is the new location in horizon west on siedel. Parking is a little limited and getting to drive through at a busy time is tricky. I went in the afternoon and it just seemed like they were overwhelmed with the promotion they had. They also didn't have enough people clearing tables cause a bunch of them were dirty and one had a spilled drink on the floor. My drink came out after a short wait. Everything just seemed rushed in there. Good number of people were there doing homework or studying. I'll likely be back because it's Starbucks but hoping this was just a fluke.

This location is fairly new so we were really patient with mistakes, terrible wait times, etc. even though it's hard to believe they would open a million dollar without the proper staffing and training, we were still very patient. Now, it's been almost one year, same mistakes, understaffed and terrible wait times. We only stop if we see the drive thru empty, otherwise we go to the one at Flamingo crossings.

I like to say the past 6 months I have visit this store it has improve drastically. At the beginning, baristas used to be slow with making your drinks and always seemed grumpy and would ALWAYS get it wrong. But now, the energy in the store is friendly and upbeat. Rose has a great personality and kind when taking my order. Chris will constantly have a smile on his face while making my drinks. I’ve enjoyed meeting the new manager Lily. She has really turned the store into a great environment.

I usually don’t leave many reviews but I feel I must mention that coming now to one of my favorite study spots I’ve now felt uncomfortable and ended up not staying very long due to the very offsetting environment. The barista who made my drink was very nice and I had no problems with my order but multiple times while there, I believe their manager came in, Lily I believe? who I saw talking down on baristas and it’s clearly made the store less genuine and the atmosphere has changed for the worse. I hate to see the store come to this.
While this place serves great coffee, it sucks at mobile orders. For the third time in a row I've had to wait an additional 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be up when using the app. It is very frustrating and to make things worse my drink wasn't even correct.

Worse customer service ever! I asked for an item from pastry, they said we are out of it; then I asked for four others they said we are out of those too. Then I asked what you have they mentioned three items and I ordered two of those pastries. Then after 15 minute wait, they came back and said sorry we are out of walnut cake (I ordered it). It took them that long to release they don't have the walnut cake. I'm not sure what is the meaning of time for them and whether they know how to respect others time. And also the way they talked to me was very rude and socially unacceptable.
