Placed an online order and when I got home to eat it I noticed they got my order completely wrong. The bread type, missing over 5 different ingredients I put on the order and they added extra jalapeños when I didn’t even order it on the sandwich. I even check the receipt stapled to the sandwich to confirm that maybe they gave me the wrong person‘s order, but it was my order with all the ingredients that I stated on there. I’m giving two stars because it was ready at the time requested, though I ended up having to throw the same one down because it was nothing to what I ordered. I tried to give the store an opportunity to correct it regarding the order and which I was told, I would receive a response back, but I have had no one reach out from the store

If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered 2 Philly subs meals from this location. Wanted both rolls toasted (they weren’t), wanted onions and banana peppers on one sub (they were missing). Oh and the steak for both subs was bad. Two adults are now dealing with stomach issues. As a reminder please check your meat before making subs.

I placed an online order the past 2 times I've gotten a protein bowl. I get the American club protein bowl with lettuce spinach, honey mustard mayo, and ranch, extra tomatoes and pickles. I get a original bag of sun chips. The past two times instead of extra tomatoes I've received no tomatoes, and instead of the original sun chips blue bag i get the cheddar. Now i understand if u may be out of original but give me the option to choose a different chip. And no tomatoes when it clearly says extra irks me so bad.

Paying $15 for a footlong and a drink at the drive-thru is already pricey, but the tipping prompt makes it worse. There's no table service—just grabbing food through a window—yet they still try to pressure you into tipping. It feels unnecessary and off-putting.

I arrived 20 minutes before the end of the business day and was not seen because it was already closed. I recommend changing the time because I will have to travel a long way to get there and not be seen during business hours.

Patrice was all around excellent. Service, knowledge, personability, ease/speed, and a darn good sandwich. This is a what I would expect at a higher end restaurant. I hope he goes far in this company or somewhere else that could use a person with pride in what they do.

The food is always fresh and delicious 😋.
My thoughts on how they charge you a tip is the issue. I know you always have to pay first before they give you your order ( drive thru) but this is the 3rd time that they charge me first adding a tip before they even have my order ready or wrapped up. It makes me feel like if I don’t give a tip my food is going to “pay for it”!’!!!

They say "Eat Fresh" but yet the lettuce is turning brown. The tomatoes are almost white ripe and hard to chew. Hhhhhhh. No time left on my lunch hour for a do-over either. I mean come on!!!

ENTREPREGOD

Subway is just a joke these days. Besides the fact i have to do work at a touch screen in the rain with there drive thru, as soon as the women opens the window she lets me know the screen on her credit card machine is asking for a tip. My sandwhich was the worse i ever had at this subway. There was nothing on it.

I ordered ahead of time and pulled up to the drive through to pick up with only 1 car ahead of me. I waited over 20 minutes for that one car - had no other option as I was boxed in by the time I realized the line was not moving. When it was my turn to pull up the employee immediately shut the window and did not acknowledge me. At that point my order should have been ready well over 30 minutes prior so it should have simply been a matter of handing it to me. I waited at that window trying to get the employee's attention for another 10 minutes. Finally got my food with no apology or even acknowledgement of the ridiculous wait time.
