Normally they're really good, but this time I ordered 2 sandwiches with Italian herbs and cheese bread and got white bread. My mom ordered two sandwiches as well, same bread, and both of those sandwiches came with the bread that was requested. Not happy, as this bread gives extra flavor, and it says it right on the receipt. Hope this doesn't happen again.

The older lady that worked tonight 9/16/23 in the drive thru was absolutely amazing! I ordered a six inch tuna to share, and it was so delicious that we went back for another one. She was very pleasant and funny. This was a big change prior to our past visits. I wish they could clone her and put her at all surrounding fast food restaurants. Kudos to her!

Took 15 minutes to get food and we were in the drive-thru. Worker barely spoke English and had no sense of urgency considering we had already been waiting for 10 minutes.

I’ve come here a few times to the subway and it is very lackluster service. So many people are pretty nice but it’s slow wait times just waiting on one sandwich as well as they messed up my order a few times my sandwich will be swimming in mayonnaise when I asked for a little mayonnaise, and it just creates a hot, Sticky tangy mess of egg, steak and flatbread that I paid for and had to endure. This latest fiasco was beyond belief. I specifically told the sandwich maker that I wanted to get a steak egg and cheese so when I got my sandwich and had no steak in it and I know I had told her she looked at me blankly like a deer in headlights and got steak and put it in it… after waiting for what seem like forever, as I was biting into my steak, egg and cheese, the excessive juices from the sandwich and ruined my shirt and my shorts. I called several times, and I cannot get an answer from the store. Very incompetent service.
What a surprise….Had an amazing experience here!!! From the conversation during ordering to my delicious sandwich. The guy at this store made it worth it!!!! I will definitely be back to see him again.

Sandwich had stale bread, workers had no idea how to make a sandwich. I found mine ripped and tomatoes with mayo leaking out of the wrapper. Nobody said hello and the lady marking my sub just threw the meats and cheese on it.
