Not a great Subway. I placed an online order today and when I went in to pick it up (around 7:00 pm on a Sunday), there was no one in the store. I waited at least 10 minutes, left, and then decided to head back inside to look for a phone number to call. At that point, an employee finally emerged from the bathroom. The time before that, the employee complained about being too busy the entire time I was there. The time before that, we ordered a few sandwiches and they completely messed up one of them. Seems like there is always something.

Extremely unprofessional had to shout to see if anyone was there and then someone came out from the back and made my order. And then the cookie wasn’t even a foot long! Don’t sell foot long cookies if they aren’t a foot long!

It's gone downhill a bit. Seems a bit dirty and the ingredients always seem like they are not the freshest. Love subway as a whole, but this location is not my favorite.

“Terrible In-Store Service Ruined My Subway Online Order”

I ordered online from Subway to save time with my busy schedule. The system notified me that my order was ready, but when I arrived 20 minutes later, it hadn’t even been started. I asked the staff to look for my order, but no one could find the ticket. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes while the staff handled other customers before they finally made my subs. The lack of organization and poor customer service from the staff completely defeated the purpose of ordering online. Very disappointing experience.

I have never in my life, experienced someone pointing out a tip or not.
I work right across the street and I go to SUBWAY® at least twice a week.. At least I used to. Sometimes I tip and sometimes I don’t it’s not regular but this particular day I walked in nobody was in line and I waited at least eight minutes for them to start my order, they were busy doing it online order which is fine. But to have The man literally say “what no tip come on” After I finished paying, I think it’s extremely rude. I don’t feel like a fast food place is a place that even should get tips. It’s not like they actually served me and I’m kind enough to do it randomly sometimes when I do go in … but to be disrespected like that…
I am a regular and come in twice a week?!? I will probably never step foot in there again

This location is always out of steak anytime after 4pm it seems. I order in the app, wait my time, go to pick up and then they tell me they are out of steak... again... has happened about 5 times over the past year (I probably went to this location 6 times in that timeframe). You would think I would learn. They continue to claim that they were "too busy" to call me in advance of arrival to let me know that they are out of steak.

Of course, they also can't refund my online order, so I have to wait again and pick something that I don't really want, and wait for them to build everyone else's sandwich before me. Really? I've technically already been waiting 15-20 minutes before I even show up.

To top if off, the chicken breast on my sandwich was COLD when I got home less than 5 minutes later. The "free churro" for my time was still piping hot. This tells me that the chicken must have been partially frozen before they toasted the sub or something. It wasn't even lukewarm, it was cold.

I'm done with this location.

Service was terrible. The employee was making “jokes” the whole way down the line making my sandwich and commenting, “judging” on the things i was ordering. We got to the register (i was with my friend) and the employee asked if we are together or separate. We said separate, and he then rung up my food and gave my 50% off because he “liked us” I paid, my friend went pay and the employee says “you’re covered, your friend paid for your order.” So i got charged for mine and my friend’s food when we asked to be separate and she walked out with free food regardless whether or not i got 50% off. The whole entire experience was just not great and i was made to feel very uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

If youre smart enough and organized enough to order on line and your order isn't done or started by the time you arrive. Make sure you get in line to get it done. Otherwise 10 people who walk in will get served before you and you'll be waiting an hr when they get out in 10 minutes. And yes they are out of things they do not update.

We had couple bad experiences with this location and my son told me to give an another chance. Still very disappointed. The sandwich was poorly made it ( barely meat in it) and the guy that was on his air pods working on the sandwich couldn’t listen to me because he was too busy listen to it. What a shame. I hope they change the owner or close it down.
