Store not closed staff inside but not answering drive through speaker. Sat at speaker for 10 minutes drove to window saw 3 staff members inside no one came to window. Not the first time I've had this issue. Was going to place an order on mobile app but was unsure of how I would receive if they wouldn't come to window so decided not to Time was 11:30pm sun Dec 21.

I just needed a quick snack so I'll popped in grab a couple of tacos and was on my way quickly I try not to eat at fast food places but the service and the way I was treated and the food was just right it was not Gourmet but I wasn't expecting Gourmet good job Taco Bell

I was just there with no line at the drive thru, and was super polite asking how were the new nacho fries to the cashier and she said she never tried them (fair) i asked to add an order to my current order and i see her asking if she could and the manager wanted me to drive around again to do this with nobody around. I was nice and friendly but apparently that gets you nowhere these days. It’s cool. This is why people are mean. There is no customer service anymore. Not worth it.

Service was good, as i would expect a night shift to run. They made the order i place very well. Though, it was lukewarm by time i actually got to eat, it came from Taco Bell piping hot. That's not on them, that's on me working to make money on Spark lol! I ordered three different burritos from them, customized to my preference, of course. I ordered the Chicken Ench with added frijoles, the seven Layer with added Spicy Ranch, and lastly the Chzy Bean and Rice with added Chicken. The price was what i expected to pay. Friendly staff, though i didn't get any conversation because they were busy making sure everyone's order cranked through with practiced speed and accuracy. Thank you, Taco Bell!

Ordered through drive through.. Diet Pepsi was almost water.. and the attendant said it was normal.. get home the drink is open and spills.. ordered and paid for supreme order and got regular items. It was not a busy night.. this should be an easy job… tried calling 4x and manager acted as if he couldn’t hear me. Very disappointed.
