I’ve never seen any fast food place so slow in all my life, and they weren’t even busy with customers. The food may be cheaper than other places these days but calling it mediocre is way too good for it. Do yourself favor, buy some refried beans, some tortillas, shredded cheese, and whatever hot sauce you desire. Your food will be better and be ready a lot quicker than the garbage at this place

My experience at Taco Bell left a lot to be desired. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. I had to wait over 30 minutes to receive my order, and when it finally arrived, it was poorly prepared: the tacos were cold and seemed to be made with little attention. Also, the dining area was dirty and messy which did not give a good impression.

I was definitely expecting a better level of service and quality. For now, I don't think I'll go back.

No issues with the food or service. The problem is the temperature inside the dining room. Absolutely freezing, and ridiculous that it’s that cold. We wanted to dine in but left due to how cold it was. Like sitting in a refrigerator. I’ve never been in any restaurant and froze like I did in there.

Pulled up at 9:24am and place still wasn't open(even though they should've been open at 9). An employee walked past me as I sat in the drive-thru and didn't tell me anything-just let me sit there until I realized that they weren't opened yet. Seems as if they could use better training and employees.

This Taco Bell doesn't serve breakfast anymore. Went thru the drive-thru at 9:30 am for breakfast, they were open, breakfast menu on the outside menu screen. When I started ordering my breakfast, the lady over the speaker was very rude and said they don't have breakfast and that Taco Bell discontinued breakfast 2 weeks ago. I told her that their menu still showed breakfast, and she said she has no control of that, which is hard to believe. My family and I ended up leaving without getting anything. Very disappointed
