Went to go through the drive through, cars are in front of me and behind me, they take the orders from the cars in front and back of me, but asked me to come inside to make my order. Keep in mind I drive a lifted truck and feel like I was targeted, this location has taco bell and KFC, but Arby's across the street had no problem taking my Order

Very bad experience. I barely leave reviews unless the place was amazing or if it was truly disappointing. We went to order at around 3pm so they were not very busy. We waited at the counter for 20 minutes and someone just then came to help the people waiting in front of us. The drive through line was also backed up and barely received any help, as the same car that was waiting when we walked in was STILL waiting. Overall, do not recommend this place as the service isn't great. The employees don't even acknowledge you. Only stop here if you have 40 minutes to spare.

If I could give a zero I would, I couldn’t even order food because the employee at the drive through kept yelling at me. They were out of a lot which I understand but that shouldn’t include being yelled at and receiving attitude. The whole Time I couldn’t get a Word out because two Employees were taking turns yelling at me over the speaker.

My God. Who runs this place?. Food is pre so bad, line is about 30 mins wait. This is horrible to get food from and it is at the Winter Garden. People shouldn't be suffering to get food. Drive thru is horrible.

I pulled in the drive-through at 2:50 PM. It is now 3:13 and I have two cars ahead of me in line still.

Got to the window at 3:21. The man was nice and apologized for the wait and that their system “just went down.” Then, he called for people to START making my order. I received my food at 3:25. I REALLY do not appreciate that I waited in line for 35 minutes and this made me late for my next stop for which I had social repercussions.

We pulled into the drive-thru and there was 5 cars ahead. It took 32 mins to pay and get our food and no one let us know it was going to take long, why it took long or apologizd for the wait. Then we had to go inside because a food item was forgotten. I ate the saddest emptiest crunch wrap and I paid a little extra for both tacos in the combo to be supreme and they we both literally dripping wet and cold. I took a pic AFTER I'd already used napkins to attempt to dry them off but the entire thing was mush and threw them both out. Also for some reason we got tiny cups with both combos that look about 12 ounces or less.

The staff was friendly. The drink station was a mess. Our main concern is it smells like mold in the building. When I looked up, a bunch ceiling tile have mold on them. There is definitely damage and water leaks up there. Hopefully the kitchen is clear of any mold.

Every time I come to this Taco Bell, it’s the worst experience. Either there’s no ingredients, the workers have an attitude, ALWAYS understaffed, or the drive thru is not working. Someone needs to check out what’s going on lol.

One person cooking and serving food for two fast food restaurants during lunch? Who's the manager, Mickey Mouse? By the way, why isn't the manager picking up the slack and helping? You should be ashamed of your lack of performance and professionalism.
