Great food and drinks! Friendly staff, and great weekday specials. I got the steak street tacos and they were fantastic! Elvera gave me great service at the bar, will definitely come back!
First time. Food was good. Service was good. Atmosphere was nice. Margarita’s were yummy. Queso dip with chorizo was delicious.
We previously came here for takeout when it was "Fruta-Mix", during Covid, and we thought it was OK. This time we came here with our daughters,son-in-law and grandson when we did not want to wait any longer to get into the newly opened "Beth's" across the street. The service here is excellent with good decent prices and good size portions. There best item by far is the Salsa they provide with complementary chips. I ordered the soft corn tacos and couldn't finish them as they included rice and beans. Again the taco sauce that came with them was spicy and full of flavor. The accompaniment, I felt could have been larger, was a small dish of onion and cilantro, as well as a small side of cooked onion and lime wedges. Oddly, there was no consistency as to portion sizes as they varied from dish to dish that was ordered. My one daughter ordered a Margarita which she said was good though it looked unappealing and mix-y to me. Everyone, though was satisfied with the taste of their food and a few of us had leftovers to take home. The Nachos were large in size but a bit underwhelming in taste. The pricing was average but the service was excellent. The tables were comfortable and there was also outdoor seating. The place had steady business but never got to the point where it was overcrowded as with many local restaurants. This won't be a regular stop for us but it is nice to know it is there when we are in the mood for Mexican/Tex-Mex; much batter than that overpriced 'Agave" place nearby and that "chewy" disaster down the road. Definitely worth a try if you are local.
This is what I look for in Mexican food. I'm not a fan of foam to go plates tho. I dont think a lot of people know of this place. They were kind and I recieved fast service. Food was good. Had to speak a little spanish to order.
