I’m so glad that I found this restaurant while staying in the Winter Garden area for the week! The delicious food is served tapas style so prepare to share, and eat as the food comes out. The live music was excellent, not too loud and chill songs. Excellent beer and wine list. We made a reservation which is a good idea, especially on the weekends.
We had a guest with a dairy allergy and our server Sahara was incredibly patient, hospitable and kind, with the many, many requests from our guest. She deserves a medal!
Highly recommend for a date night or family dinner.

My first impression was not a WAO:
-difficult to find as the sign is small on wall, not like other restaurants on same street that are well lid/bigger.
-waiter was excellent, very cheerful and apologized for a Gumbo that WAS NOT, to be honest-a disaster which was served with a fork. I’ve eaten real gumbo from the hands that knows how to cook it. Not only was cold, a meager watery portion with hard grain of rice that tasted as it was from the day prior or someone elses un-eaten portion. The pieces of chicken were from the pieces close to bones which were hard to touch. I could not even stomach putting that terrible concoction in my mouth. The person cooking it had no pride on cookin, neither on presentation. On top of it it was not pocket change the price per plate we paid on 4 = $225+ tip. The young man deserved it, not the rest.
Since I could not eat the gumbo I leaned to taste my hubby rissoto with salmón. Again, cook does not know how to cook grains. It was hard🙃 two on table liked the salmón. The other person was able to eat the meatloaf which was gigantic meatball ~overall was eatable but, not the best. Since mgr said I should eat it as it was “good” per her recommendations= I tried a piece of the person on table and decided it was not great. Dessert, I loved Crème Brûlèe- another disaster- it was watery, not even close to the texture it must have, a final disappointment. The one thing that I enjoyed was the sliders, hummus, cheeses on the tower of appetizers. I will not return, it was overpriced and not good. I don’t mind paying if is great. This business must do a soul searching of where you want to go. Is not just about making money, how about getting return clients?
This same night I met a friend of a friend that said “I wished I knew you before to tell you not to go, my daughter had a bad experience”

It was ok. Food was good but not great. Drinks were limited to wine and beer which I was unaware of, inside not see that on website or open table - luckily, we like wine. The guitar- player/singer was great, only issue is it was a bit loud for conversation but that's not their fault, we knew that going in. In the end, I thought it was expensive for what we got but 3 of the 4 of us did have a fair amount of wine. I'd go back but with lower expectations.
The food, service, atmosphere and live music is phenomenal! I try to go there at least once a month. The date menu is a great deal, but even when I am by myself, I have a lovely time! 🥰❤️
Tip: Always make reservations! 😁

The Attic Door is one of our favorites. Food always delicious! Great cozy atmosphere! The staff makes you feel like family! Great live music as well. It is always like going home!
This is a nice restaurant located in the downtown Winter Garden. I like the vintage decor and aesthetic of this place. They also have a live music here which is super nice and not too loud.
We got the $55 dinner date. You get an appetizer, 2 mains, and a dessert, which is a great deal. The Chicken Marsala was nice, but it took a while to come out. Not all the food came out at the same time so our friends almost finished the food before ours came out.

What a great spot. We just happened to pick this spot on a rainy Saturday evening. Nice surprise when we walked in. Just a really nice atmosphere for an evening with live music (one man band but she had a great voice). We had some wine and tried an appetizer and two dinner menu items. Everything was so tasty. My husband is super picky and he kept raving about the food. We went w my 18 year old that who loved the feel of this place. It was busy but still had tables available. I can’t wait to go back. Kudos to the chef and great wait staff.

Showed up at 10pm and their kitchen is CLOSED. Don’t say you close at 11pm if you refuse to serve people! We were only asking for dessert … very disappointing and frustrating.

Food was great. Grilled shrimp and salmon both perfectly cooked. Cozy atmosphere and great music.
We had an amazing time. I've been here for drinks, but have never eaten here. The service/server was incredible and the food was good. We had the meatball polenta and the brisket sandwich.
Very quaint bar

We had a fantastic date night experience—it was our first time visiting, and it definitely won’t be our last! We made a reservation through OpenTable, which was quick and easy. Our server (a friendly young man with blonde hair) was incredibly welcoming and took the time to walk us through the menu.
We both ordered specials—meatloaf and salmon—and they were absolutely delicious. A solid 10/10 for both dishes! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a night out. Highly recommend, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!
