Unbelievable! No wait, Michael A our server was spot on, Food was out of this world, three of us had the bison burger, and the oddball had salmon, but she loved it. A must do if you’re in Wintergarden.

I don’t write reviews like at all but the service here was special. First time in Florida visiting and everyone was welcoming. I was sitting on the patio with my friends and the manager Amethyst came over to deliver our drinks and she was such a joy to talk to. She was not only knowledgeable about the cocktails (Bourbon Hangria was perfect) but went out of her way to make sure our experience was going well. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Hostess was in the twilight zone. Asked for outdoor seating, need to wait, no problem, 25 minutes late we were sat inside. Ask her about outdoor seating, she said no. Waitress served food, never saw her again until we were done eating, 20 minutes Later, after eating with nothing to drink, she decided to brink us some water
$20 Bison Burger was well over cooked with burnt edges. If your going to sell Bison, which is a very healthy meat, need to serve it with a NO seed oil bun & cook your fries in avacado or beef tallow.
Be here several times, kept coming back to see if it was just a bad day, but not again!

We had an excellent dinner at The Hangry Bison – Winter Garden. Our server Niki was outstanding—very attentive and friendly. Manager Kyle also checked in to make sure everything was perfect.
The food was fantastic and beautifully prepared by Chef Frank: • Bison Carpaccio with arugula, Parmesan, and aioli — delicious. • Seared Fish with Lemon-Caper Cream, served with garlic green beans and rice pilaf — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. • We finished with a crème brûlée and a creamy house cocktail served in a martini glass — the perfect ending to an amazing meal.
A special thank-you to Eric Burns, Director of Operations, for the invitation and for making our visit truly memorable.
Congratulations to Chef Frank, Kyle, Niki, and the entire team. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

We went during a busy night, I get that. They were doing the annual light up the tree. We walked in and the receptionist immediately told me that I would be waiting for well over 45 to an 1hr. After spending about 30 minutes trying to find parking, we figured why not wait especially bc we had heard great things about this spot and recently moved to the area. She warned me it could be even longer as she had 16 people in front of me ( honestly Not sure why she was trying to discourage us so bad) She did ask if first available wS okay and I said yes because I saw they had outside seating.
We got called in around 40 minutes later and when I went in she told me she had a high top available and if that was okay for us and our toddler . I’m visibly pregnant too and I hesitated and she said she asked me if a high top would be okay and that I told her yes when I first checked in. Obviously I would not have said yes to that otherwise why would she ask me when it’s time to sit down.
Now what really pissed me off is people that were being called up were getting regular tables. It looks like someone like a manager might have stepped in and took ownership of the situation which I’m grateful for and said not o worry and that he would find something better for us. My daughter has fallen from chairs before and falling from a high top would be the worst way to end the night so I don’t think we were being complicated.
Well we waited another10 minutes only to be taken outside to literally the worst place to be sat with loud music , a waiter that kept forgetting to take our order so had to wait another 15 minutes just to order and honestly the worst part was that the burgers we got were not even all that. They tasted very charred or like they had been made in a spot where something had previously been burned. We were starving so we ate abut 3/4 of it but definitely not a place we’d go back to.
The Hangry Bison is one of our staples when it comes to going out for food. I’ve celebrated 2 birthdays here, had family from out of town meet us here, and every time it has never disappointed. Eve was our server this latest time and she is such a joy. She was so thoughtful in bringing juice for our daughter, anticipated our needs, and even delivered a small cake for my birthday. Her genuine personality made the experience.
Huge thank you to her, those in the kitchen who always ensure a DELICIOUS and filling meal, and to the whole staff.
If you’re in Winter Garden, you’ve GOT to eat at The Hangry Bison.

Came to try the Bison burger and it did not disappoint. I made my own with no bun, mixed greens, fried egg and avocado. Eve, our server, was amazing, very attentive and very helpful. Her suggestion of trying the Creme Brulee was fantastic. She also recommended happy hour drinks which saved us some money. When I come back I'll absolutely be asking for her.
