The food is overcooked and the guy at the front desk taking care of the orders is awful. It is a shame because the concept, food and service can be way better.

Food was great. Service was bad. The receipt was sitting on the counter but our order was incomplete. It was still confusing and difficult to get our complete order. Then the lady in the kitchen started arguing with the guy at the counter and started cussing. I just walked off. It wasn't worth waking on my sides.

Worst place in plant city market. We ordered 2 pork sandwiches we got all fat no meat. Popcorn chicken dry and hard. Worst service the guys look like your bothering them, rude no work ethics. The only thing edible was the sides the potato salad was good and the cheese grits. Won't return with so many options they should have better customer service and food.

Awful sauce on the Texas BBq. I even asked before as it was supposed to be sweet. It wasn't. It was mustard/vinegar flavored-definately NOT sweet or Texas in any way or form. When I complained, NOTHING!Just a thank you... don't waste your money here!!!

I brought a relative from out of state to the indoor market in Winter Garden for an early lunch - we wanted to get there way before potential crowds arrived. They really wanted to try This Little Piggy. As the market was empty, we were able to place our order immediately. The cashier repeated my phone number to ensure I would receive the text message alerting us as to when to pick up the order at the counter. We went browsing the other stalls and then sat down outside patiently waiting for the text message. I've been here when it gets busy and was not worried when thirty minutes had passed and still didn't get a text - maybe they got busy after we placed our order. However, after several more minutes I decided to go check and see how much longer we would need to wait as we were approaching 45 minutes without notification.
And there, on the counter, without a heat source sat my entire order, cold. There wasn't an ounce of heat left in any of the food. Cold fries. Cold sandwiches. Cold meat. It's obvious that this had been sitting out for well over 20-30 minutes. Why hadn't they at least called our name after observing food sitting out for so long? I never received a text. They didn't apologize for the lapse in time to pick up. There are no overhead food warmers keeping items fresh - it was a bust. The only comment I got was that they were about to prepare to box up the items because it had been out for so long.
How disappointing.
The sandwiches were also on the small size, but at least the large loaded fries had enough food for me to share with the table

The ribs and brisket were beyond dry. If you've had good bbq before in Texas or the Carolina's or Memphis, you won't like this place. They need a better warming system to hold their food in. And the lack of any type of response from the owner's to all these bad reviews just shows that they don't care to fix it. At least there's other food options in the market.

Went there a few weeks ago…the guy was really nice and gave me a sample of the greens and they were pretty good…had those and the grits which were under seasoned but everything was nice and hot…problem was I ordered a BBQ pulled pork sandwich and that’s where things went really downhill…the bun was stale, the pork wasn’t even that tender, the mustard sauce was good but yeah the pork was dry and not really tender and the bun man it was awful so it’s 2 stars for me

Was greeted by a very rude employee- she gave me an attitude about ordering for some reason. Got my fried chicken sandwich and it was just awful.. burnt bun and super chewy thin piece of chicken. Chic fil a would’ve been better. Frozen chicken pattie’s would have been better. This place needs some serious improvement

Ordered pork sandwich with texas sauce after asking about flavor. It was nothing like texas spicy sauce, very vinegar/ mustard. Complained after only a couple bites, seriously more than 3/4 sandwich left and they said oh well, no offer of replacement. Do not go here

My last two meals I’ve asked for the meal lean because I’ve gotten it extremely fatty here before. Both “lean” request were the most fatty meals I’ve every received. I threw it away, was completely uneditable.

I ordered the brisket dinner. I have never had brisket this dry in Florida. It was tasteless and very dry. I got the coleslaw and Texas toast as sides. The Coleslaw was semi frozen. The Texas toast was mediocre at best. I was very disappointed.
