Haven't been here in roughly a year but came in today (playoff NFL Sunday at noon). Not one person here. 2 people working. Ordered blackened chicken burrito and a queso to go. Burrito was cold. Queso never came out. Finally retrieved it by asking...Was here 30 min and not one person came in. Very telling. Feel like it's a location in demise.

The girl at the register was very rude to my family and I, she then brought our food out to us and just threw our trays down in front of us. We were respectful to her, I recommend a different location than this one.

I want to give a big shout-out to Anna at the Winter Garden Tijuana Flats #120 at 13770 West Colonial Drive.My friend's car was hit from behind on the street right in front of the restaurant.We were shook up and waiting for a tow truck, so we sat at the outdoor seating of the restaurant.Anna was so nice. She came out and asked if we were alright, and she was king enough to offer us some complimentary drinks, salsa, and chips.I couldn't thank her enough for her kindness and concern.My friend was quite shaken up from the accident, and Anna's sweet gesture made all the difference during our unsettling situation.Thanks a bunch Anna!

Food was not done like ordered on web site! Was suppose to not have any jalapeño peppers, but everything did and was practically uneatable. And the megajuana was a regular size! It was curbside p/u and as soon as I got there it literally started pouring rain! The young lady was pleasant and cheerful, but really? Establishment should have an umbrella for their employees to come out in rain! Pour girl was soaked as well as my food!

After I paid, went to the sauce bar. Most were empty but it was so dirty that I was completely disgusted and left without my food - it was literally gross. Entire place so dirty, not one customer in the place you would think they could restock the sauce or clean up a bit. I will not be back to this location.

Ordered on line and called the manager to ask why my 2 larger quesos and 2 large salsas didn’t come with chips. She told me it was user error and it was too bad that I didn’t know how to use the app. She also stated that lots of people don’t like their chips because they have so much seasoning on them. Called back from another number to ask the name of the manager on duty (the person that answered the phone didn’t know, another person picked up and said Suzette) then Suzette called the number back to question why we wanted her name. Wow!!!! T-Flats struggling!
Consistently the worst experience no matter what day and shift you go to. Staff will stand around and talk instead of bring you your food. It’s happened to us three times. And we keep trying bc it’s a five min walk from my house but it’s just never good.

Sadly Tijuana flats it's not what it used to be. Everything we got was uneatable minus the free chips.Kids chicken nuggets were oily and not fried properly.The megajuana chimichanga was just sad. Too much wrap barely any meat and looked like hospital food.

Honestly overpriced for what it is. Not enough food in one meal to fill you up. The quality of it was pretty meh too. The hot sauce was definitely good though

Who ever was working yesterday 4/11/2023 around 6-7:30 pm I'm sorry to say but the food was horrible, so plain and looked like it was made quick, it's all fine I'll just stick with horizon west Tijuana flats, their work ethic is well professionalized
