Have been to this location a few times. Always pretty inconsistent on how long food takes. Have placed online orders and food has been ready (but cold) or I have to wait 20+ minutes and the food is cold. I don’t believe this is the staffs fault as they are always nice and helpful. I think the company needs to work out some processes. May give them a try in the future but not anytime soon.

I don't go to this store often, but since our store near Lakeside closed, which was handicap friendly. This store is very small and hard to get around for anyone with a walker or wheelchair. They also switched to paper straws with have gluten type glues that can be poisonous but also harmful to those with a gluten allergy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly at all. The store is way too small for wheelchairs or walkers to get around. People would have to stand up and move to let anyone pass.

I ordered online and waited inside for 30 minutes after my app told me it would be ready. My order was not a priority because I wasn’t dining in. The workers were incredibly rude and didn’t even take the time to ask me for my order name after they watched me stand there for 30 minutes. Incredibly dissapointed.

Don't accept delivery orders if you can't handle the bandwidth. Unacceptable to have to wait over 20 minutes for an order that was accepted 30+ minutes ago in a place that's not even busy inside
