I walked in and there was no one at the counter. I saw a lady standing in the back standing around doing nothing, when she looked up and saw me standing at thr counter she rolled her eyes and walked torward me talking under her breath. Extremely rude even though I greeted her and was courteous. Additionally, when I got home after opening my takeout order half of thr items ordered were missing. Absolutely terrible service here. If I were the franchise owner I would be Extremely disappointed in the way the staff conduct this business. Do not recommend.

I ordered at the counter to go . The girl told me she would call me when my food was done. She sat on her phone for a half hour . Somehow my order ended up in the pick-up window. By that time it was cold and they wasted my whole lunch break. Don’t go here if you want hot food and have some where to be.

This specific location has extremely greasy food. The chips are chewy with how greasy they are, and everything is shiny with grease. The other tijuana flat locations I've been to have had a much higher quality of food. Still decent service though.

Giving two stars because the food was ok. Worst service I ever received! Stay away from this place and to think they ask if you want to leave a tip on a to go order. I just left here ordered a salad in person. After 15 minutes of waiting in front of the pick up area the man who took my order had just finished cleaning the bathrooms, goes into the food prep area, put an order in a bag and hands it to me. I said to him wait that’s my order that’s been sitting in the prep area for over 10 mins. He said yup with a chuckle and no regard to the terrible service. Not to mention there was only one other person waiting who ordered online! I will never spend a dime in this location!
Price it is ok, food is little above of average taste of texmex, it is a solution restaurant for lunch, good part are the sauce they offer like 15 different types of sauces
Great food. Great service. When I got my meal, it was not what I ordered. So I went to the counter and told them about the mistake. They fixed it right away. This was our first time there. We went because of a fundraiser for the school.

The place looked clean and the staff were very friendly. I ordered a cheese quesadilla but received a veggie one so that was my only issue. The guacamole was just okay. However, the churro fries were amazing and I'm definitely coming back for them! :-) I also appreciate the amount of vegetarian options.
