My experience today was terrible. The waitress came to our table with nothing in hands to write our order and guess what, she has to walking back and ask twice because she didn’t remembered what we ordered.My salmon came really bad, my daughter’s mac & cheese came cold like they take it from the fridge and put directly to serve, sounds like the food is not fresh at all. I also ordered a margarita and guess what, the taste was like everything else but not margaritas. My wife’s food was good but i can tell you guys after today; the quality of this UNO Location is getting worse every time I go there. Unfortunately that wasn’t my first bad experience but i can guarantee to myself, was my last time. I really missing the quality of the UNO’s franchises from BOSTON because up there the quality of the food and service is much better. Hopefully the owners,NOT THE MANAGERS take a look what’s going on before he has to close down for bad services. Im not here to judge but when we offer any kind of service we have to do it very well. As im self employed and run my own business, we’re 5 star with over 1000 reviews because this really matters.

My boyfriend and I had such an amazing experience for our first time at Uno Pizzaria and Grill!! Our waitress Eleanor was not only personable and outgoing, but was knowledgeable over the menu to help us get exactly what we wanted. The food was absolutely AMAZING and will for sure have us coming back for Seconds! Thank you Uno and Eleanor?

We ordered a make fresh pizza to take home and cook ourselves. The pizza turned out great the next best thing to actually eating it there at the restaurant.

The restaurant was pretty empty but service was scarce. We waited for 10 + minutes for a server. We finally received our water and menus. We ordered quickly and it took a while for our dinner entrees to arrive. Our pizza was absolutely delicious! The portion size was huge and it provided meals for 2 days. Once the waitress took our order, a different employee delivered it to our table. She never returned to check on us and ask how the food was until the end of the meal when she gave us our bill.

I was disappointed with the deep dish crust . I can't imagine why they would change the iconic Chicago Deep Dish.

After ordering a bottle of wine and vegetables pizzas from Lisa (our waitress and only nice person), we got one pizza wrong, she apologized, she told us they were making another one for us. Instead if putting some veggies on one half and others on the other half, they put all veggies on the whole thing. When we started eating, we smelled, fish and tasted fish. We told Lisa, she apologized and said I'll tell the management. One manager came over our table on the defensive and question our concerns. I asked to speak to the general manager and when he came over he was in a worst attitude than the first one. He was questioning us like we had committed a crime. I got upset and said bring the check I just would like to leave. Without hesitation he replied, don't worry about the check I want you all to leave. We were s party of four, celebrating a birthday.Unacceptable and horrible experience. Won't go back to any of this company's locations.Contacted customer service. Waiting for a reply.

And the price is quite fairParking: It is a mall, where there are many open spaces and free parking.Kid-friendliness: There is no specific infrastructure for children but it is still very suitable for children. They even give children colored pencils to draw and they serve our little ones very well.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility is great even for wheelchair users, there is enough space to move a wheelchair and there are many tables that can be used
