Tonneau server was great, the good was average, my salmon was great but rice undercooked and vegetables limited and undercooked. Fiance's meal was overcooked. Overall service Great food not so much.

Only 4 tables of people, yet service was so slow. They had only one menu to give to six of us, and said they were printing more. She finally brought them and they appeared to be used menus. Food came we had no silver ware we asked for it and we got plastic. While eating saw them sitting at a table wrapping silver ware. Over all mediocre food. Big price.
I don’t recommend.
Maybe they do breakfast better? But I’m not not willing to try.

I woke up early before my family and decided to visit this restaurant. There was no wait to be seated. The restaurant was pretty empty for breakfast I thought. I sat down and noticed the other diners making faces at their plates, then noticed other tables seemed to be still waiting to get drinks and their order taken. I looked down at the table saw a crumb and brushed it off with my menu thinking no big deal..but then tilted my head sideways and noticed the whole table was dirty. The music did not match the decor. (Hip hop music) Too many red flags and got up left without wasting my time and money.

Had a reservation and nobody in sight. Waited over half an hour to just get someone to even look at the entrance. I had to literally go and get someone.
The food was subpar and the eggs Benedict have no sides whatsoever so you just get this bagel with overcooked eggs that are impossible to cut and eat properly.
So disappointed.

The Grove, in general, is a shabby situation. Valencia is kind of an example of everything that’s wrong with the place. The breakfast buffet was gross…everything that should be cold is warm, and vice versa almost across the board. Haven’t tried other meals yet but unlikely to after this mess.

“The artichoke dip is good, but the clam pasta dish… a disaster! It tastes like garlic water with clams and pasta… just awful! Everything is very basic, nothing wow-worthy. Overall, disappointing.”

The breakfast though! Really good — brisket, egg, sausage… yum!”

I don’t recommend this restaurant AT ALL! 2.9 stars is pretty accurate if not less. Ordered the Valencia Burger Medium and it came back not cooked. Sent it back, for them to make another one and when it got to the table it was sopping in bloody grease and the bun was so soggy. So we asked for another bun. The cook just stared at us and shook her head. Not our fault she doesn’t know how to cook…..the smoothies are not smoothies….they are syrup with slushy ice. DO NOT get the passion fruit. Absolutely DISGUSTING. If you have the option to choose a different restaurant; I SUGGEST YOU DO!!!! Save your money and spend it else where. NOT worth it AT ALL!!

I had service on April 28. I was food poisoned and had to go to ER April 29. I haven't received compensation for my bill and I file a report on April 29. This was the first vacation I have ever experienced !

This place is totally useless. Go offsite to eat at all cost, do not go here for any reason. It’s a total joke of a restaurant and you will overpay, wait quite a while and not be satisfied with your food. Guaranteed

We went for an early dinner… lets just say this restaurant needs a major overhaul. The food was cold the menu was underwhelming, and I was served cloudy water with all these floaters in it. it was very disappointing and overpriced. PLUS forced gratuity. On the bright side out server Sebastian was very nice and accommodating. I understand it was not his fault for most of our issues which is why I didn’t fight the tip.

Valencia is one of the restaurants inside of The Grove resort and we ordered dinner and went for their breakfast buffet. I would not recommend either.

We ordered dining through their website and there’s not an ETA for pickup so we just had to guess or wait 15 minutes and walk there. The fries were good but the buffalo wings had some sort of aioli sauce along with the buffalo sauce that made it unbearable to eat. There’s only “6” wings for $15 and it was NOT warm or hot when we got it once it was ready. Not worth. The Valencia burger was 2/5, not tasty. Tipping kitchen staff via online order is NOT optional either so FYI.

Breakfast buffet was $28pp and server took a while to come to us so we decided to just have one person give our drinks while we go to the buffet and they told us that we HAD to ALL wait until the server comes to the table. It was weird. Nothing to rant about, their breakfast is probably better than their dinner and that’s not saying a lot. Staff there didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and it was not a good experience overall.
