The resort its self is nice and very family friendly. Pools are way too warm for Florida. The room was ok. We got a two bedroom condo , some of the lamps the switches were broke. We lost most of the food in our fridge bc the door never stays shut. The shower in the master could have been cleaned better. We had issues with the digital key and the premium internet. I called CS and was literally told in exact words “I don't k ow what to tell you”. She continued to talk over...
