My mom and I decided to stop in and have hotpot for dinner. It was her first time trying hotpot and our server Jon left us beyond impressed. He was very kind, attentive,and excellent at explaining my mom how to order and prepare her hotpot. Definitely 10/10 in customer service. This was my first time at a Hot Pot & BBQ. The staff was informative and provided good customer service. I liked the fact that your meal is whatever you select and however you prepare it. There was a good selection of food to choose from and the price was about average.
This is the second time I go to this place, it is really very clean, the staff is very polite and they are always attentive to help you, the best of all is that you can choose any type of meat you want and you can cook it to your liking I highly recommend it
